Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de un Plan de responsabilidad social en la calidad de atención de la Comisaria PNP San Pedro de Lloc, 2019, presentó un tipo pre – experimental, cuantitativa, de corte transversal, la muestra de estudio estuvo constituida por 274 personas en promedio mensual que asistieron a la Comisaria PNP San Pedro de Lloc, 2019, como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó a la encuestas con su instrumento cuestionario, los cuales fueron validados con el Coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach a un índice de confiabilidad de 0.9976 y 0.9949 respectivamente, posterior al análisis de resultados se pudo concluir que: Se diagnosticó la percepción de responsabilidad social que presenta la Comisaría PNP San Pedro de Lloc, 2019 en la población, la cual presentó un promedio global de 48.8 puntos y un valor de regular. Se determinó la influencia de un Plan de responsabilidad social en la calidad de atención de la Comisaría PNP San Pedro de Lloc, 2019, la cual es positiva, por que incrementó en un 50% el promedio global de la calidad de atención, obteniendo un promedio global de 65 puntos con un valor de bueno a manera general.
ABSTRACT The present research aimed to determine the influence of a Social Responsibility Plan on the quality of care of the PNP San Pedro de Lloc Commissioner, 2019, presented a preexperimental, quantitative, cross-sectional type, the study sample was constituted by 274 people on a monthly basis who attended the PNP San Pedro de Lloc Commissioner, 2019, as a data collection technique, the surveys were used with their questionnaire instrument, which were validated with the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient at an index of reliability of 0.9976 and 0.9949 respectively, after analyzing the results it was concluded that: The perception of social responsibility presented by the PNP San Pedro de Lloc Police Station, 2019 in the population was diagnosed, which presented a global average of 48.8 points and a value of regular. The influence of a Social Responsibility Plan on the quality of care of the PNP San Pedro de Lloc Police Station, 2019 was determined, which is positive, because it increased by 50% the global average of the quality of care, obtaining an overall of 65 points with a value of good in general way.
