Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar cómo se relaciona el Desempeño Laboral con la calidad de servicio del personal administrativo de la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión, Huamachuco, año 2021, basado en un diseño metodológico descriptivo correlacional de corte trasversal y de un enfoque cuantitativo; para ello se tomó como población a 358 trabajadores administrativos y determinándose una muestra de 76 trabajadores administrativos, de acuerdo al muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple y como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó el cuestionario. Llegando a concluir que, existe una relación positiva entre el desempeño laboral y la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión, Huamachuco 2021, misma que, esta basa en la prueba de correlación (Pearson) que arrojó un valor de 0.715, el cual cuenta con un nivel de significancia bilateral de 0.000, que es menor del nivel de significación (p-valor >0.05), lo que indica una correlación positiva alta. Cabe destacar que estos resultados sugieren una correlación estadísticamente significativa, pero no se puede extrapolar a otros contextos espaciales debido a la naturaleza de los datos recopilados.
ABSTRACT The general objective of this research work was to determine how Labor Performance is related to the quality of service of the administrative staff of the Sánchez Carrión Provincial Municipality, Huamachuco, year 2021, based on a cross-sectional correlational descriptive methodological design and a cross-sectional approach. quantitative; For this, 358 administrative workers were taken as a population and a sample of 76 administrative workers was determined, according to simple random probabilistic sampling and the questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. Concluding that there is a positive relationship between job performance and service quality in the Sánchez Carrión Provincial Municipality, Huamachuco 2021, which is based on the correlation test (Pearson) that yielded a value of 0.715, which It has a bilateral significance level of 0.000, which is less than the significance level (p-value >0.05), indicating a high positive correlation. It should be noted that these results suggest a statistically significant correlation, but cannot be extrapolated to other spatial contexts due to the nature of the data collected.
