Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar si la aplicación de lean manufacturing mejorara la gestión logística en la empresa comercial Neill Anders EIRL - Bolívar, 2022. El presente estudio según su enfoque tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, Este estudio es longitudinal ya que mide dos períodos de observación antes y después de la implementación. El presente trabajo es de nivel explicativo. Alcance descriptivo. Los resultados indican que el 19.05% de los colaboradores mencionaron que el nivel de la gestión logística pre implementación es bueno, el 42.86% mencionaron que es regular y el 38.10% mencionaron que es malo. Por lo tanto, el nivel es regular. Se implementó la metodología lean manufacturing donde se utilizaron las herramientas 5’S, actualización de los procesos, metodología ABC y políticas de inventarios. El 52.38% de los colaboradores mencionaron que el nivel de la gestión logística post implementación es bueno, el 33.33% mencionaron que es regular y el 14.29% mencionaron que es malo. Como conclusión final después de la implementación de Lean Manufacturing el nivel de la gestión logística paso de 19.05% a 52.38%, lo que indica que la gestión mejoro en un 33.33%; por lo tanto, la aplicación de lean manufacturing mejora la gestión logística.
ABSTRACT The general objective of the research was to determine if the application of lean manufacturing would improve logistics management in the commercial company Neill Anders EIRL - Bolívaar, 2022. The results indicate that 19.05% of the collaborators mentioned that the level of pre-implementation logistics management is good, 42.86% mentioned that it is regular and 38.10% mentioned that it is bad. Therefore, the level is regular. The lean manufacturing methodology was implemented where the 5'S tools, process updating, ABC methodology and inventory policies were used. 52.38% of the collaborators mentioned that the level of post-implementation logistics management is good, 33.33% mentioned that it is regular and 14.29% mentioned that it is bad. As a final conclusion after the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, the level of logistics management went from 19.05% to 52.38%, which indicates that management improved by 33.33%; therefore, the application of lean manufacturing improves logistics management.
