Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de analizar la influencia del clima laboral en el desempeño de los colaboradores de la sucursal la Esperancita Body & Painting, año 2018. Se realizó una investigación de campo de nivel descriptivo correlacional con dos variables: clima laboral y desempeño de los colaboradores, así como los siguientes métodos: método analítico, deductivo, inductivo y el estadístico. Asimismo, la recolección de datos se hizo a través de la técnica de investigación cuantitativa de la encuesta, la cual se aplicó a los colaboradores de la empresa. Con la investigación se concluyó que el clima laboral tiene una influencia directa en el desempeño de los colaboradores la Esperancita Body & Painting, año 2018. El clima laboral que propicia la sucursal La Esperancita Body & Painting establece una correlación moderada positiva. Actualmente el nivel del clima laboral registra un nivel medio propiciando un desempeño medio de los colaboradores en la sucursal de la Esperancita Body & Painting

A correlational descriptive level field investigation was carried out with two variables: work climate and employee performance, as well as the following methods: analytical, deductive, inductive and statistical method. Likewise, the data collection was done through the quantitative research technique of the survey, which was applied to the company's collaborators. It was concluded that the work climate has a direct influence on the performance of the employees of the Esperancita Body & Painting, 2018. The work climate favored by the Esperancita Body & Painting headquarters establishes a moderate positive correlation. Currently, the level of work climate registers a medium level, favoring an average performance of the collaborators in the Esperancita Body & Painting.
