dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se realizó con el fin de determinar la incidencia de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en la calidad de vida laboral en una empresa ferretera de la ciudad de Trujillo, en el año 2023. El problema que busca resolver la investigación fue: ¿Cuál es la incidencia de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en la calidad de vida laboral en una empresa ferretera de la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2023? Asimismo, el objetivo principal se centró en determinar la incidencia de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en la calidad de vida laboral en una empresa ferretera de la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2023. La hipótesis presentada fue: La seguridad ocupacional tiene incidencia positiva en la calidad de vida laboral en una empresa ferretera, Trujillo – 2023. El diseño fue no experimental de tipo transversal – correlacional, utilizándose la técnica de la encuesta y teniendo como instrumento al cuestionario. Los métodos utilizados fueron: Inductivo, analítico, sintético y estadístico. La población fueron 71 trabajadores de una empresa ferretera de la ciudad de Trujillo, siendo esta una cantidad finita por lo que la muestra tomada consta del total de 71 trabajadores de la empresa de estudio. Se concluyó en la aceptación de la hipótesis, siendo así que la incidencia de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en la calidad de vida laboral en una empresa ferretera, Trujillo – 2023 es positiva y significativa.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This project was carried out with the aim of determining the impact of occupational health and safety on the quality of working life in a hardware company in the city of Trujillo in the year 2023. The problem that the research seeks to solve was: What is the impact of occupational health and safety on the quality of working life in a hardware company in the city of Trujillo in the year 2023? Likewise, the main objective was to determine the impact of occupational health and safety on the quality of working life in a hardware company in the city of Trujillo in the year 2023. The hypothesis presented was: Occupational safety has a positive impact on the quality of working life in a hardware company, Trujillo - 2023. The design was non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational, using the survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The methods used were: inductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical. The population was 71 workers from a hardware company in the city of Trujillo, which is a finite number, so the sample taken consisted of the total of 71 workers from the company under study. It was concluded that the hypothesis was accepted and that the impact of occupational health and safety on the quality of working life in a hardware company, Trujillo - 2023, is positive and significant.
