dc.description.abstractEl siguiente informe de suficiencia laboral tiene como objetivo general implementar las mejoras de gestión del talento humano del área de operaciones de la empresa OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN S.A. SUC. Del Perú. Los problemas más relevantes que presenta la compañía en el área de operaciones relacionada con el recurso humano son los siguientes : En primer lugar, los operarios de esta área en su mayoría no asisten a las capacitaciones de entrenamiento para el uso de materiales y maquinarias, entre otros, a pesar de que la empresa cuenta con personal contratado con este fin y con una empresa tercerizada para impartir las capacitaciones de manera constante; en segundo lugar, existe por parte de los operarios desmotivaciones, falta de valoración, problemas de comunicación, falta de interés e involucramiento con las metas de la compañía. Se concluyó que la implementación de las mejoras en la GTH logro reducir lo siguiente: el índice de rotación paso de 24.77% a 19.90%, la cobertura de capacitación paso de 54.16% a 70.76% y el tiempo promedio de contratación paso de 15.55 días a 12.03 días.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: The following labor sufficiency report has the general objective of implementing improvements in human talent management in the operations area of the company OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN S.A. Peru. The three most relevant problems that the financial entity presents are: too much time and cost in the attention of the approval of the credit; high number of credits observed in the credit committee; high operating cost of passing credit proposals outside of established hours. The operations area has been presenting various problems, firstly, related to human resources, and it is that the operators of this area mostly abandon the training for the use of materials and machinery, among others, despite the fact that the company has a third-party company to provide the training constantly, there is demotivation on the part of the operators, lack of appreciation, communication problems, lack of interest and involvement in learning how to operate certain equipment. It was concluded that the implementation of improvements in the GTH achieved the following reductions: the turnover rate went from 24.77% to 19.90%, training coverage went from 54.16% to 70.76% and the average hiring time went from 15.55 days to 12.03 days.
