Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación retrospectivo- descriptivo se llevó a cabo con la finalidad de realizar la determinación el CONSUMO Y COSTO DE DEXAMETASONA EN UNA BOTICA DEL DISTRITO DE TRUJILLO MAYO 2020- DICIEMBRE 2020. Para esto se definió una muestra de estudio en función al principio activo de la dexametasona orales de una Botica del Distrito de Trujillo, Trujillo mayo 2020-diciembre 2020. Los datos fueron extraídos de la Base de datos del sistema Fx. Farma versión 3.4 durante el periodo mayo 2020 –diciembre 2020. El método utilizado para la determinación del consumo fue utilizando como parámetro la medida DDD/1000hb/d que es una unidad de técnica internacional de medida de consumo de medicamentos y para el costo se empleó la formula CA = U x P, donde CA es el costo Absoluto del medicamento. Los resultados obtenidos fueron para el consumo de dexametasona 4mg fue mayor para Dexalab en comparación con los otros equivalentes como con el mismo medicamento genérico. Asimismo, para el consumo de unidades dispensadas de dexametasona y sus equivalentes expresados en DDD fue mayor para Dexalab en comparación con el resto, concluyendo que en el mes de julio 0.09 personas de cada 1000 habitantes están expuestos a dicho medicamento. Para el costo se obtuvo que mayor costo fue para dexalab en comparación con los demás medicamentos analizados.
ABSTRACT The present retrospective-descriptive research work was carried out with the purpose of determining the CONSUMPTION AND COST OF DEXAMETHASONE IN A DRUGSTORE IN THE DISTRICT OF TRUJILLO MAY 2020-DECEMBER 2020. For this, a study sample was defined based on the principle active oral dexamethasone from a Pharmacy in the District of Trujillo, Trujillo May 2020-December 2020. The data was extracted from the Fx System Database. Farma version 3.4 during the period May 2020-December 2020. The method used to determine consumption was using the DDD/1000hb/d measure as a parameter, which is an international technical unit for measuring drug consumption, and cost was used. the formula CA = U x P, where CA is the Absolute cost of the drug. The results obtained were for the consumption of dexamethasone 4mg was higher for Dexalab compared to the other equivalents as with the same generic drug. Likewise, for the consumption of dispensed units of dexamethasone and its equivalents expressed in DDD, it was higher for Dexalab compared to the rest, concluding that in the month of July 0.09 people out of every 1000 inhabitants are exposed to said drug. For the cost, it was obtained that the cost was higher for dexalab compared to the other drugs analyzed.
