dc.descriptionThe present research work is based on the development of a Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the mining civil works for the Marín Ríos Constructores SAC Company, taking as reference: Law N° 29783. "Law of Safety and Health at Work ", the D.S. 024 - 2016 - EM. Occupational Safety and Health Regulations in Mining, and the technical standard G.050 "Safety during Construction". In turn, all of the aforementioned regulations regarding occupational safety and health refer to the requirements and structure of the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard, which is an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems. Therefore, in the first instance, the work team was set up, the scope was defined, and then the company's current situation was diagnosed against the requirements proposed by OHSAS 18001: 2007, for which interviews, surveys, Documentary analysis, and direct observation about the procedures, rules and legal bases that are carried out to manage the security in the Company and to identify the risks present in the workstations and in the activities carried out by the personnel. Subsequently, a statistical analysis of the incidents occurred in the Company was carried out to obtain the accident rate and thus to know the future trend if corrective measures are not taken, the FODA matrix was also elaborated to plan the strategies, minimizing the weaknesses And threats, and maximizing strengths and opportunities. Finally, corrective action plans were established for the development of the occupational health and safety management system for the Company Marin Ríos Constructores S.A.C. Based on the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard and an implementation plan was drawn up to reduce safety levels and mitigate occupational hazards and affect workers' health.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación está basado en el desarrollo de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en el rubro de obras civiles en minería, para la Empresa Marín Ríos Constructores S.A.C., tomando como referencia: La ley N° 29783. “Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo”, el D.S. 024 – 2016 – EM. Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en Minería, y la norma técnica G.050 “Seguridad Durante La Construcción”. Pero a su vez, toda la normativa mencionada anteriormente referente a seguridad y salud en el trabajo toma como referencia los requisitos y estructura de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007, que es un estándar internacional para sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Por lo tanto en primera instancia se conformó el equipo de trabajo, se definió el alcance para luego realizar el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la Empresa frente a los requisitos propuestos por la norma OHSAS 18001:2007, para esto se realizaron entrevistas, encuestas, análisis documental, y observación directa acerca de los procedimientos, normas y bases legales que se llevan a cabo para manejar la seguridad en la Empresa e identificar los riesgos presentes en los puestos de trabajos y en las actividades realizadas por el personal. Posteriormente se realizó un análisis estadístico de los incidentes ocurridos en la Empresa para obtener los índices de accidentabilidad y de este modo saber cuál es la tendencia a futuro si no se toman medidas correctivas, también se elaboró la matriz FODA para planificar las estrategias minimizando las debilidades y amenazas, y maximizando las fortalezas y oportunidades. Finalmente se establecieron los planes de acción correctivos necesarios para el desarrollo del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional para la Empresa Marín Ríos Constructores S.A.C. basado en la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 y se elaboró un plan de implementación, con la finalidad reducir los índices de seguridad y mitigar los riesgos laborales y la afectación a la salud de los trabajadores.es_PE
