| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se ejecutó en el caserío de Huashgon, Provincia y Distrito de Santiago de Chuco, Departamento, La Libertad, durante la campaña agrícola de maíz en el mes de marzo y abril 2020, el objetivo fue describir el uso y análisis calidad de semilla criolla Zea mays. L. Se desarrolló en dos etapas: Laboratorio y campo. La primera consistió en determinar la pureza física y el porcentaje de germinación, mediante la recolección de muestras de maíz de 10 agricultores de la zona, en la segunda etapa mediante encuestas a 10 agricultores se tabuló datos y se realizó prueba de emergencia de las plántulas de maíz. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que el porcentaje de germinación máxima en las muestras de laboratorio alcanzó un 92%; en cuanto a la determinación de pureza alcanzó un máximo de 98.25% y en la etapa campo la forma de selección de semilla lo realizan 100% de la parte central de la mazorca, el tipo de agricultura el 70% usa agricultura tradicional, variedad utilizada el 100% semilla criolla, la semilla utilizada 100% es de la cosecha anterior, características antropocéntricas el 100% de los agricultores toma por criterio tamaño de la mazorca, en cuanto a tratamientos previos ningún agricultor hace uso de tratamientos en la germinación. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The present research work was carried out in the village of Huashgon, Province and District of Santiago de Chuco, Department, La Libertad, during the agricultural campaign of corn in the month of March and April 2020, the objective was to describe the use and quality analysis of native seed Zea mays. L. It was developed in two stages: Laboratory and field. The first consisted of determining the physical purity and the percentage of germination, by collecting corn samples from 10 farmers in the area, in the second stage, through surveys of 10 farmers, data was tabulated and an emergency test of the corn seedlings was carried out. corn.
