dc.descriptionThe objective of this review is to provide sufficient information to the reader on the current effects of climate change on the production of food of plant origin, so that it can raise awareness in the conservation of the environment and the mitigation of climate change. Since this environmental problem is an inescapable reality and the actions to face them are also imperative. Since in recent years it has been a real threat to the well-being of our population and its present manifestations, the same ones observed in the increase in the price of food, the availability and quality of energy and water, and Such as increased vulnerability to hydrometeorological events. That being so, we all have an obligation to protect ecosystems, as they are of great importance for biodiversity and the dampening of current and future climate changes; These ecosystems must be taken care of and used in a sustainable manner with the support of alliance civil society, public and private companies at national level, the primary objective of this work. It encourages business and personal activities to promote adaptation and mitigation to climate change, the search for energy from renewable sources and the reduction of dependence on fossil fuels, sustainable management of water resources and Food safety. The present work invites the reader to develop and strengthen local capacities to address this situation, trying to find possible solutions to climate change mitigation in the production of food of plant origin in all areas of the countryes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la presente revisión es brindar información suficiente al lector sobre los efectos actuales del cambio climático en la producción de alimentos de origen vegetal, a fin de que este pueda concientizar en la conservación del medio ambiente y la mitigación del cambio climático. Puesto que este problema medioambiental, es una realidad ineludible y las acciones para enfrentarlos son asimismo impostergables. Ya que en los últimos años, ha constituido una amenaza real sobre el bienestar de nuestra población y sus manifestaciones actuales, los mismos que se observan en el aumento del precio de los alimentos, la disponibilidad y la calidad de la energía y el agua, así como el aumento de la vulnerabilidad frente a eventos hidrometeorológicos. Siendo así, que todos tenemos la obligación de proteger los ecosistemas, ya que son de gran importancia para la biodiversidad y el amortiguamiento de los cambios climáticos actuales y futuros; estos ecosistemas deben cuidarse y utilizarse en forma sostenible con el apoyo de alianza sociedad civil, público y empresas privadas a nivel nacional, objetivo primordial que tuvo el presente trabajo. El mismo que incentiva a que las actividades empresariales y personales favorezcan la adaptación y la mitigación al cambio climático, la búsqueda de generación de energía a partir de fuentes renovables y la reducción de la dependencia de combustibles fósiles, la gestión sostenible del recurso hídrico y la seguridad alimentaria. Seguidamente, el presente trabajo invita al lector al desarrollo y fortalecimiento de capacidades locales para abordar esta situación, tratando así de buscar las posibles soluciones para la mitigación del cambio climático en la producción de alimentos de origen vegetal en todos los ámbitos del país.es_PE
