Abstract
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo identificar los factores socioculturales que influyen en el embarazo de las adolescentes de 15 a 19 años en el distrito de Bambamarca. La investigación es descriptiva de corte transversal; se trabajó con una muestra no probabilística conformada por 25 adolescentes. La información se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario de entrevista.
Como resultados, se encontró que el mayor porcentaje de las adolescentes tienen un bajo nivel de instrucción, son madres solteras, proceden de familia biparentales, tienen una relación buena con su entorno familiar, no recibieron información sobre educación sexual y reproductiva por parte de sus padres y docentes. A la vez mencionaron el 56% de las adolescentes iniciaron su primera relación sexual entre 15-16 años de edad, el 36 % de ellas mencionaron que el propósito de la pernera relación sexual fue por presión de su pareja, el 64 % refirió que no hizo el uso de ningún método anticonceptivo antes de su embarazo, el 44% de ellas indico que existe la presencia de tabús sobre temas de sexualidad dentro de su familia y un 40% de las entrevistadas indico que existe prejuicios sociales sobre el uso de métodos anticonceptivos en su comunidad.
En conclusión, los factores socioculturales que influyen en el embarazo adolescente son la ausencia de educación sexual y reproductiva dentro del colegio y familia, la iniciación temprana de las relaciones sexuales, la presencia de los prejuicios sociales y culturares sobre el uso de métodos anticonceptivos
The objective of this thesis was to identify the sociocultural factors that influence the pregnancy of adolescents aged 15-19 years in the district of Bambamarca. The research is descriptive correlational, we worked with a non-probalist sample, for convenience, corresponding to 25 adolescents. The information was obtained through the application of an interview questionnaire. As results, it was found that most of the adolescents have a low level of education, are single mothers, come from biparental families, have a good relationship with their family environment, did not receive information on sexual and reproductive education from their parents and teachers. At the same time, they mentioned that 56% of the adolescents began their first sexual relationship between 15-16 years of age, 36% of them mentioned that the purpose of the sexual intercourse was due to pressure from their partner, 64% reported that they did not did not use any contraceptive method before their pregnancy, 44% of them indicated that there are taboos on issues of sexuality within their family and 40% of the interviewees indicated that there are social prejudices about the use of contraceptive methods in your community. In conclusion, the sociocultural factors that influence adolescent pregnancy are the absence of sexual and reproductive education within the school and family, the early initiation of sexual relations, the presence of social prejudices about the use of contraceptive methods
