Abstract
En este presente informe de prácticas pre-profesionales tiene como finalidad de dar a conocer como se labora en una unidad policial dedicada a la investigación, la cual se orientó en determinar los porcentajes de los niveles de alcoholemia en usuarios intervenidos por accidentes de tránsito y otros, procesadas en la UNIDDEP – SEDE TRUJILLO, Dirección de Sanidad Policial, Abril – Septiembre 2019; lo cual se realizó mediante dos tipos de exámenes: cualitativo y cuantitativo; en el examen cualitativo se desarrolló el procedimiento mediante la presencia de alcohol en aliento y para el examen cuantitativo se determinó mediante el Método de Shefftell Modificado para Fotocolorimetría adaptado a la técnica de Microdifusión de Conway. El análisis estuvo conformado por 3,474 muestras de sangre en total, siendo un porcentaje de 81.78% muestras negativas (n=2,841) y un 18.22% de muestras positivas (n=633) durante todo el semestre. Con relación a los resultados según el motivo de intervención corresponde el 56.24% (n=356) AT- Choque y con el sub-siguiente porcentaje corresponde a Otros motivos con 33.18% (n=210). En los resultado según el género, corresponde un porcentaje mayor de muestras de sangre en el sexo masculino con 95.89% (n=607) y con porcentaje de 4.11% (n=26) en el sexo femenino. En los resultados de las muestras según el grupo de edad corresponde el 81.36% (n=515) a personas comprendidas entre de 25- 59 años y a las edades de 20-24 años con 12.32% (n=78). En los resultados según el lugar de procedencia corresponde el 11.53% para la CPNP Jerusalén y la CPNP Alto Trujillo con un 8.06%. Y en los resultados del mes que más muestras positivas obtuvieron fue en el mes de Julio y Setiembre con un 21.48% y 21.17% respectivamente.
