Abstract
Abstract The objective of this research was to determine the maturity level of processes considered level 1 in Curricular Management, Admission, and Professional Training at the National University of Trujillo, following the embracement of the Process Management approach. The research revealed that there is currently no maturity model that evaluates the maturity of the university's processes. To address this gap, a high-level review of process management at the university was conducted, showing that process management is being applied normatively, though it is unknown if this application is reflected in any measurement that evidences the maturity level of the processes. In relation to this, Deloitte's Business Process Management (BPM) maturity model was applied. The research, developed for its applied purpose and experimental contrast design, was executed with a convenience sample of 5 participants in the Curricular Management process, 5 participants in the Admission process, and 9 participants in the Professional Training process. In the application of the maturity model, questionnaires in Google Forms were used as an instrument, allowing for the collection of relevant data on the maturity of the Curricular Management, Admission, and Professional Training processes at the university. Finally, Power Business Intelligence, a data visualization tool, was employed, enabling effective analysis and presentation of the results obtained through a dashboard. This research provides an evaluation of the maturity level of processes at the university, which will enable the institution to make informed decisions to optimize its process management in the future
