| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de la investigación fue determinar el incremento de la producción y reducción de costos operativos mediante la mecanización en la labor CR SENV 1800 en J&S SAC, Poderosa 2024. La metodología que utilizó fue de diseño no experimental, descriptivo del tipo aplicativo. La muestra se conformó por la maquinaría convencional (jackleg RNP-RNS83- FL7 y pala neumática N° 03) y mecanizada (jumboDD 210 y scooptramLH 203-28) de la labor CR SE NV 1800. Para validar la hipótesis, se empleó la prueba estadística T-Student con un nivel de significancia del 5%, el valor crítico obtenido fue de 4.30 y el estadístico T de 452.66. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron que el avance promedio de producción en el periodo de 3 meses (enero a marzo de 2023) con maquinaria convencional fue de 1.46 m/disparo con una eficiencia de 90.0%, logrando un avance promedio de 40.81 metros, donde el costo operativo promedio fue de 2287.52 soles/metro de avance. Asimismo, el avance promedio de producción con maquinaría mecanizada fue de 3.06 m/disparo con una eficiencia de 94.0%, logrando un avance promedio de 85.65 metros, donde el costo operativo promedio fue de 1968.02 soles/metro de avance. Finalmente se llega a la conclusión que mediante la mecanización de la labor CR SENV 1800 se incrementa la producción en un 109.59% y redujo los costos operativos en 13.97% en J&S SAC, Poderosa 2024. | |
| dc.description.tableofcontents | The main objective of the research was to determine the increase in production and reduction of operating costs through mechanization in CR SE-NV 1800 at J&S SAC, Poderosa 2024. The methodology used was a non-experimental, descriptive design of the applicative type. The sample consisted of conventional machinery (jackleg RNP-RNS83-FL7 and pneumatic shovel N° 03) andmechanizedmachinery (jumbo DD 210 and scooptramLH 203- 28) of the CR SE NV 1800 work. To validate the hypothesis, the T-Student statistical test was used with a significance level of 5%, the critical value obtained was 4.30 and the T-statistic was 452.66. The results obtained indicated that the average production advance in the 3-month period (January to March 2023) with conventional machinery was 1.46 m/shoot with an efficiency of 90.0%, achieving an average advance of 40.81 meters, where the average operating cost was 2287.52 soles/meter of advance. Likewise, the average production advance with mechanized machinery was 3.06 m/shoot with an efficiency of 94.0%, achieving an average advance of 85.65 meters, where the average operating cost was 1968.02 soles/meter of advance. Finally, it is concluded that the mechanization of the CR SE-NV 1800 work increased production by 109.59% and reduced operating costs by 13.97% in J&S SAC, Poderosa 2024. | |
