dc.descriptionLa inversión pública en infraestructura durante los últimos 32 años ha estado caracterizada por su alta volatilidad e insuficientes recursos. Para el trabajo, se analizó la evolución de la política fiscal del Perú entre los años de 1980 y 2011, caracterizada por una estructura tributaria engorrosa y un manejo inadecuado del gasto público la cual fue mejorando y siendo efectiva luego de realizar reformas que ayudaron a disminuir el déficit fiscal en el país, además se analizó la evolución de la inversión pública en infraestructura y el crecimiento económico del Perú, periodo 1980-2011, de los cuales podemos ver que los datos no han sido estables a través del periodo estudiado. Se recolectaron datos de la inversión pública en infraestructura y del producto bruto interno desde el año 1980 hasta el 2011, para luego utilizarlos en un modelo econométrico el cual nos ayudó a ver si se acepta o rechaza la hipótesis planteada. Por los resultados obtenidos en el modelo se aceptó la hipótesis de que la inversión pública en infraestructura influye positivamente en el crecimiento económico del Perú, pero a la vez resultó ser no significativa. Entonces, para poder entender un poco más los resultados, decidimos dividir la inversión pública en infraestructura en cinco sectores los cuales fueron saneamiento, salud y educación, transportes, energía y telecomunicaciones, siendo éstos variables independientes de un segundo modelo, el cual arrojó como resultado que sólo la inversión pública en saneamiento, salud y educación, y transportes son los sectores que influyen positivamente en el crecimiento económico del país y los otros dos no ya que sus ecoeficientes fueron negativos, siendo todas las variables significativas y sin problemas de auto correlación y normalidad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractPublic Investment in Infrastructure during the past 32 years has been characterized by high volatility and insufficient resources. For work, we analyzed the evolution of the Fiscal Policy of Peru between 1980 and 2011, characterized by a cumbersome tax structure and improper handling of public spending which was to improve and be effective after reforms that helped to diminish the fiscal deficit in the country, further analyzed the evolution of Public Investment in Infrastructure and Economic Growth in Peru, period 1980 - 2011, of which we can see that the data has not been stable over the period studied. Data were collected from Public Investment in Infrastructure and GDP from 1980 to 2011, and then use them in an econometric model which helped us to see if it accepts or rejects the hypothesis. From the results obtained in the model was accepted hypothesis that the public investment in infrastructure positively influences the Economic Growth Peru, but also proved to be non-significant. So in order to understand a little more the results, we decided to divide the Public Investment in Infrastructure in five sectors which were sanitation, health and education, transport, energy and telecommunications, these variables being independent of a second model, the result of which was that only public investment in sanitation, health and education, and Transport are the sectors that positively influence the country's economic growth and the other two because their coefficients were negative, with all significant variables and smooth autocorrelation and normality .es_ES
