dc.descriptionABSTRACT The present research work has the purpose to determine the influence of the The communication in organizational step in the labor performance of the teacher at classroom in the I.E.P. “St. Teresita De Jesús ” at Trujillo's city in the year 2017. The population is conformed for 30 teachers, being the sign the same one belonging to the population whom you applied the instruments of measurement over oneself. It was obtained in the communication in organizational step that 56,7 % of teachers have a not too bad not too good level and 83,3 % of the teachers have a good level in labor performance of the teacher at classroom. You have also met than exists to her a positive significant relation between communication in organizational step and the labor performance of the teacher at classroom ( p 0,05 ). It was concluded that the communication in organizational step influences significantly the labor performance of the teacher at classroom in the I.E.P. “St. Teresita De Jesús ” at Trujillo's city in the year 2017.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tiene el propósito de determinar la influencia de la comunicación en gestión organizacional en el desempeño laboral del docente en aula en la I.E.P. “Santa Teresita De Jesús” en la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2017. La población está conformada por 30 docentes, siendo la muestra la misma de la población a quienes se les aplicó los instrumentos de medición. Los procedimientos utilizados fueron los que la estadística nos proporciona, comenzando con la construcción de tablas, construcción de gráficos y la aplicación de la prueba estadística de contrastación de hipótesis para probar la hipótesis de investigación. 1. Se obtuvo en la comunicación en gestión organizacional que el 56.7% de los docentes tienen un nivel regular y el 83.3% de los docentes tienen un nivel bueno en desempeño laboral del docente en aula. También se ha encontrado que la existe una relación positiva significativa entre comunicación en gestión organizacional y el desempeño laboral del docente en aula (p < 0.05). Se concluyó que la comunicación en gestión organizacional influye significativamente en el desempeño laboral del docente en aula en la I.E.P. “Santa Teresita De Jesús” en la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2017.es_PE
