dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research is to determine the concentrations in serum of Bilirrubina Total and divided in volunteers belonging to the Adventist Church of the district La Trujillo In July, 2012, this work was realized whit 82 volunteers of both sexes and with ages between 18-70 years, to which it informed them it about the study realized signing an informed consent and then was applied a test. The population in study presented 67 % of normal values and 33 % of high values for BilirrubinaDirecta, 66 % of normal values and 34 % of high values for Bilirrubina Total. Was evaluated statistically by chi whit a statistical significancia (value p <0.05) with the information of gender and age, the obtained results were: the gender is a factor that does not influence the serum levels of Bilirrubina Total and divided, while the age does influence . Concluding that a great percentage of the population does not present risk of having diseases hepatic since because the results the major proportion they are inside the normal levelses_ES
dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de investigación realizado tuvo como finalidad determinar las concentraciones séricas de Bilirrubina Total y Directa en voluntarios pertenecientes a la Iglesia Adventista del Distrito de Trujillo, La Libertad – Julio 2012”esto fue realizado con 82 voluntarios de ambos sexos y con edades comprendidas entre 18-70 años, a los cuales se les informó acerca del estudio realizado firmando un consentimiento informado y posteriormente se les aplicó una encuesta. La población en estudio presentó un 67% de valores normales y un 33% de valores elevados para Bilirrubina Directa, un 66% de valores normales y un 34 % de valores elevados para Bilirrubina Total. Se evaluó su relación estadísticamente mediante la prueba chi cuadradocon una significancia estadística (valor p<0.05) con los datos de género y edad, los resultados obtenidos fueron: el género es un factor que no influye en los niveles séricos de Bilirrubina Total y Directa, mientras que la edad si influye. Concluyendo que un gran porcentaje de la población no presenta riesgo de tener enfermedades hepáticas ya que de los resultados encontrados la mayor proporción se encuentran dentro de los niveles normaleses_ES
