dc.descriptionThe present project called "IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB SYSTEM TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTS OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STECSER S.RL.", aims to improve the management of projects of the different works carried out by the company, elaborating a proposal of Information system solution for the attention of your current processes; And provide information availability, ease of use of the software and better performance of users; Reflected in the decrease of time in the registration of information of projects, in the increase of the satisfaction of the user, in the reduction of times of the generation of Reports of Management and in the reduction of costs. We start from the description of the organization in all its areas, considering an analysis of its critical factors of success, as well as the SWOT analysis, among others. It describes the main processes that occur within the organization, as well as their representation through diagrams. It also specifies its main objectives as a company, its goals and everything concerning its business philosophy. The achievement to develop software is to provide a better competitive tool, relevant, accurate and timely for the integration of the departments of the enterprise. Through our acquired and implemented in the present work we project knowledge in the short term, provide better solutions regarding the management of information, giving a competitive advantage to the company and concluded satisfactorily in the objectives.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto denominado “IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA WEB PARA MEJORAR LA GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE SERVICIOS GENERALES DE LA EMPRESA STECSER S.RL.”, tiene como finalidad mejorar la gestión de proyectos de las diferentes obras que realiza la empresa, elaborando una propuesta de solución de sistema de información para la atención de sus procesos actuales; y brindar disponibilidad de información, facilidad de uso del software y mejor desempeño de los usuarios; reflejados en la disminución de tiempos en el registro de información de proyectos, en el incremento de la satisfacción del usuario, en la reducción de tiempos de la generación de reportes de Gerencia y en la reducción de costos. Partimos de la descripción de la organización en todos sus ámbitos, considerando un análisis de sus factores críticos de éxitos, así como el análisis FODA entre otros. Se desarrolla la descripción de los principales procesos que ocurren dentro de la organización, así como su representación a través de diagramas. También se especifican sus principales objetivos como empresa, sus metas y todo lo concerniente a su filosofía empresarial. El logro al desarrollar un software, es el de brindar una mejor herramienta competitiva, de información pertinente, exacta y oportuna para la integración de los departamentos de la empresa. Mediante nuestros conocimientos adquiridos e implantados en el presente trabajo nos proyectamos en el corto plazo, brindamos soluciones referentes al mejor manejo de la información, dándole una ventaja competitiva a la empresa y concluyendo de manera satisfactoria en los objetivos propuestos.es_PE
