dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto de tesis busca demostrar la viabilidad técnica, económica, financiera y ambiental para la exportación de carne de cuy, estableciendo su planta en la Región La Libertad. La creciente demanda por esta carne se refleja en el apartado de estudio de mercado, el cual refleja una demanda insatisfecha aproximada de 125 TN para el primer año. Según la evaluación de alternativas de micro-localización, se concluye que la opción elegida para la implementación de nuestra planta es en el Caserío de Valdivia – Huanchaco – La Libertad, abarcando un área de 5,000 m2 y con una capacidad inicial de 27,000 Kg de carne de cuy. La inversión inicial asciende a US$ 190,679.91, la cual será cubierta en un 35.36% por financiamiento de COFIDE y en un 64.64% por aporte propio. De acuerdo a la evaluación económica, obtuvimos un VANE de US$ 202,436.78 con una TIRE de 39.18%, y en la evaluación financiera nos arroja un VANF de US$ 214,609.13 y una TIRF de 47.43%. El estudio demuestra la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera del proyecto, a su vez, se muestra una evaluación de impacto ambiental y social para minimizar los efectos negativos que pudiera surgir durante la implementación y ejecución del proyecto. dc.description.abstractThe present thesis project aims to demonstrate the technical, economic, financial and environmental feasibility of guinea pig meat exports, establishing its plant in La Libertad Region. The growing demand for this meat is reflected in the section on market research, which reflects approximately 125 TN unsatisfied demand for the first year. According to the evaluation of alternative micro-location, it is concluded that the choice for implementing our project is in the hamlet of Valdivia - Huanchaco - La Libertad, with an area of 5,000 m2 and with an initial capacity of 27,000 kg of meat guinea pig. The initial investment amounts to US$ 190,679.91, which will be covered in a 35.36% by COFIDE and 64.64% for our own contributions. According to the economic evaluation, we got a VANE of US$ 202,436.78 with a TIRE of 39.18%, and in the financial evaluation us shows a VANF of US$ 214,609.13 and a TIRF of 47.43%. The study demonstrate the technical, economic and financial feasibility of the project, at the same, an environmental and social impact assessment shown in order to minimize the negative effects that may arise during the implementation and execution of the project.
