Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia de las relaciones interpersonales en la participación social de las socias en los comités del vaso de leche, distrito de Guadalupe, 2022. Se consideró un tipo de investigación aplicada, la cual logró conformarse en base a un diseño explicativo, se dio la aplicación de métodos y técnicas de la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa ,así como la muestra se conformó de 108 socias pertenecientes en los comités del vaso de leche; con quienes se logró aplicar métodos: inductivo, deductivo y estadístico; técnicas: observación directa, entrevista y encuesta e instrumentos de investigación: registro de observación, entrevista y cuestionario. De los resultados obtenidos en la investigación, se deduce que las relaciones interpersonales logran influir en significancia en la participación social, puesto que el 54% de las socias difieren que la comunicación que practican es pasiva y por tanto la participación es pasiva, mientras que el 29 % de las socias logran ejercer un estilo de comunicación agresiva en las que logra dificultar la asistencia de las mencionadas actividades de la organización; y el 55 % de las socias indican que asumen con cierta responsabilidad las tareas que la directiva de la organización les ha designado. Dada esta investigación logramos poner énfasis en brindar información, para así implementar programas que vayan dirigidos a fortalecer los estilos de comunicación, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo de las socias en los comités del vaso de leche para buscar solucionar esta problemática social. La presente tesis se subdivide en: I. Introducción: Realidad problemática, antecedentes, bases teóricas y marco conceptual; II. Materiales y métodos; III. Presentación de resultados; IV. Discusión de resultados. V. Conclusiones; VI. Recomendaciones. VII. Referencias bibliográficas y Anexos.
ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of interpersonal relationships on the social participation of the members in the committees of the glass of milk, district of Guadalupe, 2022. A type of applied research was considered, which managed to settle on the basis of an explanatory design, the application of methods and techniques of qualitative and quantitative research was given, as well as the sample was made up of 108 members belonging to the committees of the glass of milk; with whom it was possible to apply methods: inductive, deductive and statistical; techniques: direct observation, interview and survey and research instruments: observation record, interview and questionnaire. From the results obtained in the research, it can be deduced that interpersonal relationships manage to significantly influence social participation, since 54% of the members differ that the communication they practice is passive and therefore participation is passive, while the 29% of the members manage to exercise an aggressive communication style in which they make it difficult to attend the aforementioned activities of the organization; and 55% of the members indicate that they assume with some responsibility the tasks that the organization's board of directors has assigned them. Given this research, we were able to emphasize providing information, in order to implement programs that are aimed at strengthening the communication styles, leadership and teamwork of the members in the glass of milk committees to seek to solve this social problem.
