dc.descriptionThe purpose of this investigation is to determine the main economic and financial deficiencies of the company Ctell Contratistas S.A.C.; Trujillo district - 2018. The type of study is non-experimental, the applied research methods were inductive, descriptive and dialectical. The sample was represented by the company Ctell Contratistas S.A.C. The survey technique was used. The study was carried out through an interview with the General Manager of the company Ctell Contratistas S.A.C., where it was determined that the company Ctell Contratistas S.A.C. In its administrative area it does not have trained personnel to increase sales, in the financial situation, there is a deficiency due to technical and operational decisions, which is causing the liabilities to increase, little liquidity and latent problem of short and long-term debts, with an outlook for downsizing. It is concluded that the theory of restrictions allows to improve the economic and financial structure of the company Ctell Contratistas S.A.C; given that it has liquidity to meet its different obligations, considering reducing unnecessary administrative and selling expenses, obtaining a favorable decrease in the results for the year. It is recommended that the company Ctell Contratistas S.A.C. You must Implement and execute the Theory of Constraints to have better control allowing you to meet your plans, objectives and goals.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como propósito determinar las principales deficiencias económicas y financieras de la empresa Ctell Contratistas S.A.C.; distrito Trujillo – 2018. El tipo de estudio es no experimental, los métodos de investigación aplicados fueron el inductivo, descriptivo y dialéctico. La muestra estuvo representada por la empresa Ctell Contratistas S.A.C. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta. El estudio se llevó a cabo a través de una entrevista al Gerente General de la empresa Ctell Contratistas S.A.C., donde se determinó que la empresa Ctell Contratistas S.A.C. en su área administrativa no cuenta con personal capacitado para incrementar las ventas, en la situación financiera, hay una deficiencia debido a decisiones técnicas y operativas lo que está generando que los pasivos incrementen, poca liquidez y problema latente de deudas a corto y largo plazo, con un panorama de reducción de personal. Se concluye que la teoría de las restricciones permite mejorar la estructura económica y financiera de la empresa Ctell Contratistas S.A.C; dado que dispone de liquidez para cumplir con sus diferentes obligaciones, al considerar reducir los gastos administrativos y de venta innecesarios, obteniendo una disminución favorable en los resultados del ejercicio. Se recomienda que la empresa Ctell Contratistas S.A.C. deberá Implementar y ejecutar la Teoría de restricciones para tener un mejor control permitiéndole cumplir con sus planes, objetivos y metas trazadas.es_PE
