Abstract
La presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de identificar las “Causas Sociales que influyen negativamente en el comportamiento de los adolescentes Infractores de la ley por el delito de violación sexual del Centro Juvenil de Diagnóstico y Rehabilitación Trujillo-2013.” Para ello se ha realizado el tipo de investigación aplicada, teniendo como muestra a 22 adolescentes infractores de la ley, que se encuentran recluidos en el Centro Juvenil Trujillo por el delito de violación sexual, con los cuales se aplicaron los métodos y técnicas de la investigación cualitativa. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que las causas sociales que influyen en el comportamiento negativo de los adolescentes para que cometan el delito de violación, es debido a la ausencia de Orientación Sexual por parte de sus padres; y por la influencia negativa de los medios de comunicación, mediante la promoción del sexo libre y pornografía.

This thesis was carried out in order to identify the "social causes which negatively influence the behavior of adolescents offenders of the law for the crime of rape from the youth center of diagnosis and rehabilitation Trujillo-2013"It has conducted the type of applied research, having as it shows 22 adolescent offenders of the law, which are held in the Center Youth Trujillo for the crime of rape, which applied the methods and techniques of qualitative research. The results obtained demonstrate that you causes social that influence the negative behavior of adolescents so that they commit the crime of rape, is due to the absence of Sexual orientation from their parents; and by the negative influence of the media, through the promotion of free sex and pornography.
