Abstract
La presente investigación se ha llevado a cabo con el fin de determinar las características de la intervención profesional de trabajador social en casos de abuso sexual en los Centros de Emergencia Mujer, Trujillo – 2020. La variable que se determinó en el presente tema de investigación fue la Intervención profesional del Trabajador Social en casos de abuso sexual, teniendo de ese modo como única variable, una variable independiente. Está investigación es de tipo cuantitativa, con diseño descriptivo, por lo cual se empleó método descriptivo, método analítico y método inductivo, para su desarrollo. Así mismo, la técnica presente para el recojo de información fue la encuesta, a través de una serie de preguntas debidamente organizadas dentro de un cuestionario, que fue aplicado a 11 Trabajadoras Sociales que atienden casos de abuso sexual y laboran dentro de los Centros de Emergencia Mujer como profesionales representativos del área social. Dentro de los resultados obtenidos estuvo; el evidenciar la importancia de la intervención del Trabajador Social frente a los casos de abuso sexual, el considerar como parte fundamental del equipo interdisciplinario de los Centros de Emergencia Mujer al Trabajador Social y la necesidad de poner énfasis ante la problemática de abuso sexual. Por lo tanto, a la conclusión a la que se llego fue que la intervención profesional del Trabajador Social presenta características particulares que le permiten brindar una oportuna atención a las víctimas de abuso sexual en los Centros de Emergencia Mujer; entre ellas, la práctica del modelo de Intervención en Crisis, el enfoque Centrado en la Víctima y funciones principales como de Asistencia, Investigación, Planificación además de Administración, Orientación, Consejería, Gestión, Evaluación y Seguimiento.
ABSTRACT This research has been carried out in order to determine the characteristics of the profesional intervention of a social worker in cases of sexual abuse in the Women's Emergency Centers, Trujillo - 2020. The variable that was determined in the present research topic was the profesional intervention of the Social Worker in cases of sexual abuse, thus having as the only variable, an independent variable. This research is quantitative, with a descriptive design, for which a descriptive method, analytical method and inductive method were used for its development. Likewise, the present technique for the collection of information was the survey, through a series of questions duly organized within a questionnaire, which was applied to 11 Social Workers who attend to cases of sexual abuse and work within the Emergency Centers Women as representative professionals of the social area. Among the results obtained were; to demonstrate the importance of the intervention of the Social Worker in cases of sexual abuse, to consider the Social Worker as a fundamental part of the interdisciplinary team of the Women's Emergency Centers and the need to emphasize the problem of sexual abuse. Therefore, the conclusion reached was that the professional intervention of the Social Worker presents particular characteristics that allow him to provide timely attention to victims of sexual abuse in the Women's Emergency Centers; among them, the practice of the Crisis Intervention model, the Victim Centered approach and main functions such as Assistance, Investigation, Planning as well as Administration, Orientation, Counseling, Management, Evaluation and Monitoring.
