Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como propósito principal determinar la incidencia de los Programas Presupuestales en la Gestión Institucional de la Municipalidad Distrital Víctor Larco, en el periodo 2019, para cuyo efecto se realizó un estudio detallado acerca de la información presupuestal, en sus diversas etapas, indagando desde el presupuesto de apertura, presupuesto modificado y el presupuesto institucional ejecutado. Asimismo, se tomó en cuenta el tipo de investigación descriptiva, ya que se trató de recoger información respecto a las variables de estudio y describirla sin modificar ni alterar ningún dato; para ello se consideró como población y muestra de estudio a la Municipalidad Distrital Víctor Larco Herrera, se tomó en cuenta los mencionados presupuestos de apertura, modificado e institucional ejecutado. Los resultados indican que los Programas Presupuestales inciden positivamente en la gestión institucional de la Municipalidad Distrital Víctor Larco, en el referido periodo 2019, sin embargo, se requiere continuar la política de implementación e incremento de Programas Presupuestales dentro de su presupuesto, para mantener el bien ganado prestigio del que hoy goza esta entidad edil, siempre pensando en beneficiar a la población.
Description
The main purpose of this work is to determine the incidence of the Budgetary Programs in
the Institutional Management of the District Municipality of Víctor Larco, in the period
2019, for which purpose a detailed study was carried out about the budget information, in its various stages, inquiring from the opening budget, modified budget and the institutional
budget executed. Likewise, the type of descriptive research was considered, since we tried to collect information regarding our study variables and describe it without modifying or altering any data; For this, the district Municipality Víctor Larco Herrera was considered as population and study sample, considering the aforementioned opening, modified and
institutional budgets executed. The results indicate that the Budgetary Programs positively
affect the institutional management of the Víctor Larco Herrera District Municipality, in the
referred period 2019, however, it is necessary to continue the policy of implementation and increase of Budgetary Programs within its budget, to maintain the good gained prestige that this council entity enjoys today, always thinking of benefiting the population.
