Efectividad de un programa educativo en el conocimiento de docentes de nivel primario sobre primeros auxilios

Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, de alcance descriptivo, diseño experimental (pre-experimental) con diseño de pre prueba/post prueba con un solo grupo; se realizó en la Institución Educativa “César Abraham Vallejo Mendoza” en la Provincia de Santiago de Chuco, región La Libertad, durante los meses de Octubre-Noviembre 2022, con el objetivo de describir la efectividad del programa educativo “Aprendiendo a ser primer auxiliador” en el nivel de conocimiento de docentes que trabajan en primaria sobre primeros auxilios antes y después de su aplicación. El universo muestral lo constituyeron 20 docentes que trabajaron en el nivel primario quienes cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión que se mencionan para esta investigación. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó: “Cuestionario: el nivel de conocimientos de docentes que trabajan en el nivel primario sobre primeros auxilios” elaborado por la autora Méndez (2022). Los resultados se presentan en las tablas y figuras mediante las frecuencias y porcentajes. Para determinar la relación entre variables se utilizó la prueba estadística “T de Student”. Se encontraron los siguientes resultados: Antes de la aplicación del programa educativo, que el 90% de los docentes tenía un nivel de conocimiento bajo y un 10% un nivel regular, y después de la aplicación del programa educativo el 95% de los docentes ha logrado alcanzar un nivel de conocimiento alto y un 5% un conocimiento regular, lo que indica que el programa fue altamente significativo (p = 0,000)
This research study has a quantitative approach, an applied type, a descriptive scope, an experimental design (pre-experimental) with a pre-test/post-test design with a single group; was carried out at the Educational Institution "César Abraham Vallejo Mendoza" in the Province of Santiago de Chuco, La Libertad region, during the months of October-November 2022, with the objective of describing the effectiveness of the educational program "Learning to be a first helper" in the level of knowledge of teachers who work in primary about first aid before and after its application. The sample universe consisted of 20 teachers who worked at the primary level who met the inclusion criteria mentioned in the research. For data collection, the following was used: "Questionnaire: the level of knowledge of teachers working at the primary level about first aid" prepared by the author Méndez (2022). The results are presented in tables and figures by means of frequencies and percentages. To determine the relationship between variables, the "Student's T" statistical test was used. The following results were found: Before the application of the educational program, 100% of the teachers have a low level of knowledge; After the application of the educational program, 100% of the teachers have reached a high level of knowledge, which indicates that the program was highly significant (p = 0.000).
