dc.descriptionThis paper describes the elaboration and implementation of the preventive maintenance program for trailers of the company INDUAMERICA LOGISTICAL SERVICES S.A.C. The implementation of the preventive maintenance program in INDUAMERICA LOGISTICAL SERVICES S.A.C. aims to guarantee the operational readiness of the company´s trailers, in an efficient and safe way, in order to contribute towards achieving the objectives established by the company. Firstly, was conducted the diagnostics of the maintenance function within INDUAMERICA LOGISTICAL SERVICES S.A.C; describing the strengths and weakness is in the connection. During the implementation was carried out the total inventory of trailers belonging to the company, then the criticality index was determined for each of them. The preventive maintenance program was designed in basis on critical points, which consists of tasks in specific functional systems within the trailers. Afterwards, formats were produced to support on maintenance management in the company, all these formats in concert with the computer program in Excel format that was developed, will enable the maintenance of an organized and controlled way. After six months from the maintenance program has been implemented, the maintenance indicators obtained are presented, which allow to evaluate the performance of the program, as well as making adjustments and necessary corrections.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo describe la elaboración e implementación del programa de mantenimiento preventivo para remolques de la empresa INDUAMERICA SERVICIOS LOGISTICOS S.A.C. La implementación del programa de mantenimiento preventivo en INDUAMERICA SERVICIOS LOGISTICOS S.A.C; tiene como objetivo garantizar la disponibilidad operacional de los remolques de la empresa, de una manera eficiente y segura, con el fin de contribuir con el logro de los objetivos establecidos por la empresa. En primer lugar, se realizó el diagnóstico de la función de mantenimiento dentro de INDUAMERICA SERVICIOS LOGISTICOS S.A.C; describiendo las fortalezas y debilidades al respecto. Durante la implementación se realizó el inventario del total de remolques pertenecientes a la empresa, seguidamente se determinó el índice de criticidad para cada uno de ellos. Con base en los puntos críticos se diseñó el plan de mantenimiento preventivo que esta conformado por labores a realizar en sistemas funcionales específicos dentro de los remolques. Posteriormente se elaboró formatos para apoyar en la administración del mantenimiento en la empresa, dichos formatos en conjunto con el programa computarizado en formato Excel que se elaboró, permitirá llevar el mantenimiento de una forma organizada y controlada. Luego de 06 meses de implementado el plan de mantenimiento, se presentan los indicadores de mantenimiento obtenidos, que permiten evaluar el desempeño del plan, así como realizar los ajustes y correcciones pertinentes.es_PE
