| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo general mejorar el servicio de conectividad a Internet en el distrito de Lomas de Huanchaco mediante la implementación de una red FTTH/GPON; el tipo es investigación fue aplicada y de diseño preexperimental. Se utilizó una muestra poblacional de veinte (20) clientes hogar que requerían el servicio de conectividad a Internet en el distrito de Lomas de Huanchaco. Como resultados se tuvo que, para el primer indicador “Nivel de satisfacción en la calidad del servicio de conectividad a Internet” hubo un incremento de 1.50 a 4.50 puntos (3.00 puntos = 66.67%), para el segundo indicador “Nivel de satisfacción en la seguridad del servicio de conectividad a Internet” hubo otro incremento de 2.00 a 4.50 puntos (2.50 puntos = 52.63%) y para el tercer indicador, “Nivel de satisfacción en la operatividad del servicio de conectividad a Internet” hubo otro incremento de 1.45 a 4.75 puntos (3.30 puntos = 68.04%), lo cual permitió un resultado favorable al aplicar la solución tecnológica propuesta. Como conclusión general se tuvo que, la implementación de una red FTTH/GPON contribuyó a mejorar el servicio de conectividad a Internet en el distrito en estudio. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this research was to improve the Internet connectivity service in the district of Lomas de Huanchaco through the implementation of a FTTH/GPON network; the type of research was applied and pre-experimental design. A population sample of twenty (20) household customers requiring Internet connectivity service in the district of Lomas de Huanchaco was used. The results showed that for the first indicator "Level of satisfaction with the quality of the Internet connectivity service" there was an increase from 1.50 to 4.50 points (3.00 points = 66.67%), for the second indicator "Level of satisfaction with the security of the Internet connectivity service" there was another increase from 2.00 to 4.50 points (2.00 to 4.50 points = 66.67%). 00 to 4.50 points (2.50 points = 52.63%) and for the third indicator, "Level of satisfaction in the operability of the Internet connectivity service" there was another increase from 1.45 to 4.75 points (3.30 points = 68.04%), which allowed a favorable result when applying the proposed technological solution.
