The first part of the study includes a general description of the scope of the study and the diagnosis of the socioeconomic, environmental, soil, geology and surface water resources aspects and hydraulic infrastructure in the Hydraulic Sector, consisting of sixteen (16) hydraulic subsectors , for which we had field material, a map of the delineation of the hydraulic subsectors, provided by the ALA and the Users Board of the Yamobamba -Chusgón Hydraulic Sector - Left Margin of the Marañón River Then, the work plan was established, in coordination with the Manager of the Users' Board, Commissions Commissions and Users Committees of the Hydraulic Sector. Once the work plan for field evaluation and diagnosis was established, each one of the hydraulic subsectors was run, with the assistance of the managers and watchmen and / or managers responsible for the distribution of water. dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo realizar el DIAGNOSTICO Y ESTABLECER LA RED HIDROMÉTRICA DEL SECTOR HIDRAULICO YAMOBAMBA - CHUSGÓN - MARGEN IZQUIERDA DEL RIO MARAÑÓN - LA LIBERTAD. 2017. el cual consiste en tres etapas de estudios. La primera parte del estudio comprende una descripción general del ámbito del mismo y el diagnóstico de los aspectos socioeconómicos, ambientales, suelos, geología y sobre los recursos hídricos superficiales y la infraestructura hidráulica existente en el Sector Hidráulico, conformada por dieciséis (16) subsectores hidráulicos, para lo cual se tuvo material de campo, plano de la delimitación de los subsectores hidráulicos, proporcionados por la ALA y la Junta de Usuarios del Sector Hidráulico Yamobamba - Chusgón - Margen Izquierda del Rio Marañón Luego se estableció el plan de trabajo, en coordinación con el Gerente de la Junta de Usuarios, Directivos Comisiones y Comités de Usuarios del Sector Hidráulico. Una vez establecido el plan de trabajo de evaluación y diagnóstico de campo se realizó el recorrido de cada uno de los subsectores hidráulicos, con asistencia de los directivos y vigilantes y/o temeros encargados de la distribución de agua. De acuerdo a la metodología establecida y la información a levantar en campo (Formato Nº 01), consistió en la ubicación de bocatomas o captaciones; lugares en donde se proponen las nuevas estructuras de medición; para ello se usó un GPS Garmines_PE
