| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de tipo descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y el bienestar psicológico de las enfermeras (os) del servicio de emergencia del Hospital General Jaén. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 enfermeras que reunieron los criterios de inclusión a quienes se le aplicó dos instrumentos: el Test de Maslach Burnout y la escala de bienestar psicológico. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que, el nivel alto con 43.3% fue el que más predominó en el síndrome burnout en enfermería del servicio de emergencia del hospital estudiado. Referente al cansancio emocional con el 50% obtuvo un nivel alto; en despersonalización tuvo 53.3% un nivel alto. Por otro lado, el nivel bajo fue el que más predominó en la realización personal con el 43.3%. De acuerdo a la variable bienestar psicológico se obtuvo un nivel deficiente con 43.3%. Asimismo, en las dimensiones se obtuvo niveles deficientes; en autoaceptación con el 40%, en relaciones positivas con el 46.7%, en control del entorno con el 50%, en autonomía con el 43.3%, en propósito en la vida con el 50%, en crecimiento personal con el 46.7%. | dc.description.abstract | The present descriptive correlational and cross-sectional study was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between burnout syndrome and the psychological well-being of nurses in the emergency service of the Jaén General Hospital. The sample was made up of 30 nurses who met the inclusion criteria to whom two instruments were applied: the Maslach Burnout Test and the psychological well-being scale. The results obtained were that the high level with 43.3% was the most predominant in burnout syndrome in nursing in the emergency service of the hospital studied. Regarding emotional exhaustion, 50% obtained a high level; In depersonalization, 53.3% had a high level. On the other hand, the low level was the one that most predominated in personal achievement with 43.3%. According to the psychological well-being variable, a poor level was obtained with 43.3%.
