Efectividad del ketoprofeno y metamizol en la analgesia postoperatoria inmediata en colecistectomías laparoscópicas

| dc.description | Prospective, observational and analytical study carried out between July 2015 and December 2015 at the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital in 72 people aged between 18 and 59 years operated in the operating room of the hospital and with the objective of determining if ketoprofen is More effective than metamizole in immediate postoperative analgesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomized patients. The results obtained were that a highly significant statistical difference was found in the postoperative analgesic effectiveness in laparoscopic cholecystectomized patients of ketoprofen with respect to metamizole (p = 0.0000) at EVA 0. We also found a statistically significant difference in postoperative analgesic effectiveness However, we found a statistically non-significant difference in the postoperative analgesic effectiveness in cholecystectomized patients with ketoprofen compared to metamizole (p = 0.2633) to EVA in patients who underwent laparoscopic ketoprofen compared to metamizole (p = 0.0127) 60. | dc.description.abstract | Estudio prospectivo, observacional y analítico llevado acabo entre julio del 2015 y diciembre del 2015 en el Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo en 72 personas con edad entre 18 y 59 años operados en sala de operaciones del hospital y con el objetivo de determinar si el ketoprofeno es más efectivo que el metamizol en la analgesia postoperatoria inmediata en pacientes colecistectomizados vía laparoscópica. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron que se encontró una diferencia estadística altamente significativa en la efectividad analgésica postoperatoria en pacientes colecistectomizados vía laparoscópica del ketoprofeno respecto al metamizol (p=0.0000) al EVA 0. También se encontró una diferencia estadísticamente significativa en la efectividad analgésica postoperatoria en pacientes colecistectomizados vía laparoscópica del ketoprofeno respecto al metamizol (p=0.0127) al EVA 30, sin embargo se encontró una diferencia estadísticamente no significativa en la efectividad analgésica postoperatoria en pacientes colecistectomizados vía laparoscópica del ketoprofeno respecto al metamizol (p=0.2633) al EVA 60. Se concluyó que el ketoprofeno es mas efectivo que el metamizol en la analgesia postoperatoria inmediata en pacientes colecistectomizados vía laparoscópica al EVA0, EVA 30 pero no al EVA de la hora postoperatoria en la cual ambos tuvieron la misma efectividad analgésica | es_PE |
