dc.descriptionThis research aims to evaluate the performance of broilers Cobb-V antress 500 raised under the open shed system in different seasons of the year 2009. 1200 were used for chickens (3 00 birds per season, 150 males and 150 females per group ), the farm is located in the district of Huanchaco, Trujillo province, department of La Libertad, at an altitude of 50msnm. The treatments were: T1 (Summer), T2 (auturnn), T3 (winter) and T4 (spring). We evaluated the weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion, mortality, productive efficiency index and index-Ortiz Ingalls. Each treatment was given 4 different diets, which had levels isoenergetic and isonitrogenous. After four consecutive seasons m which each treatment comprised a season it was concluded that the best weight gain was found in T4 (spring) 2751.62g, followed by T2 (winter) by the treatments 2702.53gy T2 and TI with 2700.47gy 2562.68g respectively, similarly, the best feed conversion was shown by T4 to 1.95 Statistically, the best treatment was T4 (p <0.05), showing no differences in the T3 and T2, although these treatments were statistically different from T1. The best food consumption at present the treatment T4 and T3 which the temperature does not exceed the thermal neutral zone of bird. The best index of productive efficiency was shown by T4 with 348.43 points and the best index Ingalls-Ortiz was shown by T3 (1.43).es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene la finalidad de evaluar el comportamiento productivo de pollos de carne línea Cobb-Vantress 500 criados bajo el sistema de galpón abierto en diferentes estaciones del año 2009. Para ello se utilizaron 1200 pollos (300 aves por estación, 150 machos y 150); la granja se encuentra ubicada en el distrito de Huanchaco, provincia de Trujillo, departamento de La Libertad, a una altitud de 50msnm. Los tratamientos utilizados fueron: T1 (verano), T2 (otoño), T3 (invierno) y T4 (primavera). Se evaluó la ganancia de peso, consumo de alimento, conversión alimenticia, porcentaje de mortalidad, índice de eficiencia productiva e índice Ingalls-Ortiz. A cada tratamiento se suministró 4 dietas diferentes, las cuales poseían niveles isoenergéticos e isoprotéicos. Luego de cuatro campañas consecutivas el cual cada tratamiento abarco una estación del año se concluyó que la mejor ganancia de peso vivo se encontró en el tratamiento T4 (primavera) con 2751.62g seguido por el tratamiento T2 (invierno) con 2702.53g y por los tratamientos T2 y T1 con 2700.47g y 2562.68g respectivamente, de igual modo, la mejor conversión alimenticia lo presento el T4 con 1.95. Estadísticamente el mejor tratamiento fue el T4 (p<0.05), no presentando diferencias respecto al T3 y T2; sin embargo estos tratamientos fueron estadísticamente diferentes al T1. El mejor consumo de alimento lo presento los tratamientos T4 (5354.75g) y T3 (5292.36) el cual la temperatura ambiental no sobrepaso la zona termo neutral de ave. El mejor índice de eficiencia productiva lo presento el T4 con 348.43 puntos y el mejor índice Ingalls-Ortiz lo presento el T3 (1.43).es_PE
