Abstract
En el presente trabajo de investigación titulado: El Sistema de Gestión en
Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y su efecto en la productividad de la
empresa Servicios Generales Santa Teresita EIRL, año 2016., Se realiza con el
objetivo determinar el efecto del sistema de gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el
Trabajo en laproductividad de la empresa Inversiones Generales Santa Teresita
EIRL Año 2016.
La investigación nos permitió observar que la empresa no cuenta con un sistema
de Seguridad y Salud adecuado lo que genera deficiencias tales como la falta
implementos de seguridad para el personal, multas consecuentes de las
inspecciones sorpresivas, pérdida de horas de trabajo e incluso paralización
temporal de actividades producto de accidentes de trabajo.
El implementar un adecuado sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud en el trabajo,
le daría a la empresa cuantiosos beneficios, como son, la reducción en costos
operativos de producción, la maximización de beneficios, mejora en la imagen
institucional ante terceros, y, el cumplimiento de nuestra normativa.
Al finalizar la presente investigación se concluye que el manejo de los
mecanismos propuestos ha incrementado la productividad en la empresa, y esto se
refleja en sus estados financieros obtenidos luego de la implementación del
Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
Description
The present research work entitled: the management system in safety and health at
work and its effect on the productivity of the company Services General Santa
Teresita EIRL, year 2016., is performed in order to determine the effect of the
system of management of safety and health at work in the productivity of the
General investment company Santa Teresita EIRL year 2016.
The investigation allowed us to observe that the company does not have an
adequate Health and Safety system which generates deficiencies such as lack of
safety equipment for staff, consequential fines for surprise inspections, loss of
working hours and even temporary Activities of work accidents.
The implementation of an adequate management system in occupational health
and safety would give the company substantial benefits, such as reduction in
operating costs of production, maximization of benefits, improvement of the
institutional image of third parties, and Compliance with our regulations.
At the end of the present investigation it is concluded that the management of the
proposed mechanisms has increased productivity in the company, and this is
reflected in its financial statements obtained after the implementation of the
Occupational Health and Safety System.
