dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el nivel cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación de una Botica durante la pandemia COVID-19, Trujillo 2020. La botica se encuentra ubicada en el distrito de Víctor Larco Herrera de la Provincia de Trujillo, para ello se aplicó la técnica de observación al Químico Farmacéutico en su horario laborable enmarcado dentro del proceso de dispensación de 281 recetas médicas atendidas en donde se evaluó las cinco actividades realizadas a cargo del profesional para lo cual se utilizó fichas de evaluación según los lineamientos del Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación descritos en el Artículo 45° y 56° del D.S. N° 014-2011-SA, al momento de la dispensación de los productos farmacéuticos se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados porcentuales: referente a la recepción y validación de la prescripción durante los meses de octubre, noviembre y diciembre se obtuvo un 94.48%, 96.87%, 97.81% respectivamente; en referencia al análisis e interpretación de la prescripción el porcentaje obtenido dentro del trimestre comprendido entre octubre y diciembre fue de 94.02%, 96.24%, 96.80% respectivamente; así mismo en referencia a la preparación y selección de los productos para su entrega comprendido en los meses de octubre, noviembre y diciembre, se obtuvo un 84.04%, 84.44%, 84.76% correspondientemente; además en relación con los registros se observó que durante todo el periodo estudiado se observó un cumplimiento en un 100.00% con dicha actividad; no obstante respecto a la entrega de los productos e información por el dispensador dentro del lapso de tiempo evaluado fue de 68.85%, 68.26%, 68.07% respectivamente. Finalmente se concluyó que el cumplimiento porcentual de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación en una Botica de la ciudad de Trujillo durante la pandemia COVID-19 durante el intervalo de tiempo comprendido entre los meses de octubre a diciembre fue de 88.28%, 89.16%, 89.49% respectivamente.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The objective of this research was to evaluate the level of compliance with the Good Dispensing Practices of an Apothecary during the COVID-19 pandemic, Trujillo 2020.
