dc.descriptionThe present research thesis entitled: "Governmental communication strategies and the degree of satisfaction in the risk management policy in the face of Covid - 19, Trujillo 2020", states as general objective: To determine the relationship between governmental communication strategies and the degree of satisfaction in the National Risk Management Policy in the face of Covid - 19, in the Province of Trujillo 2020. For the achievement of the objective, two questionnaires were administered to 385 citizens of the province of Trujillo, questionnaires approved by specialists in the field of governmental political communication. The methodological design is a basic, relational, non-experimental, mixed study with prevalence of the quantitative and cross-sectional approach. The result obtained was: Spearman's Rho coefficient between the variables was 0.758 with a bilateral significance level of less than 0.05. The main conclusion was: Governmental communication strategies are highly positively related to the degree of satisfaction with the National Risk Management Policy regarding Covid - 19, in the Province of Trujillo 2020, so it is necessary to have an adequate planning of the strategies developed by the government, ensuring that it is comprehensive in all its aspects and allows responding efficiently to the needs of the populationes_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis de investigación titulada: “Estrategias de comunicación gubernamental y el grado de satisfacción en la política de gestión de riesgo frente al Covid – 19, Trujillo 2020”, plantea como objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre las estrategias de comunicación gubernamental y el grado de satisfacción en la Política Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo frente al Covid – 19, en la Provincia de Trujillo 2020. Para el logro del objetivo se administraron dos cuestionarios a 385 ciudadanos de la provincia de Trujillo, cuestionarios aprobados por especialistas en el campo de la comunicación política de gobierno. El diseño metodológico es un estudio básico, relacional, no experimental, mixto con prevalencia del enfoque cuantitativo y transeccional. El resultado obtenido fue: El coeficiente Rho de Spearman entre las variables resultó 0.758 con un nivel de significancia bilateral menor a 0.05. La principal conclusión fue: Las estrategias de comunicación gubernamental se relacionan de manera positiva alta con el grado de satisfacción en la Política Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo frente al Covid – 19, en la Provincia de Trujillo 2020, por lo que resulta necesario contar con una adecuada planificación acerca de las estrategias que desarrolla el gobierno procurando que esta sea integral en todos sus aspectos y permita responder de manera eficiente a las necesidades de la población.es_PE
