dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo del trabajo de investigación realizado, tuvo como entidad de estudio a la Municipalidad Distrital de Chugay, que pertenece a la Provincia de Sánchez Carrión de la Región La Libertad, teniendo como objetivo principal Determinar la incidencia de la Gestión del Talento Humano en el nivel de Efectividad Organizacional de la Municipalidad Distrital de Chugay – 2021, la investigación realizada de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva, no experimental y causal, se utilizó el Método Inductivo y Deductivo, se utilizó la encuesta como técnica de investigación, para validar la confiabilidad de los datos obtenidos se aplicó el método Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0, 842 para el instrumento de recolección de datos de ambas variables, y para la variable Gestión del Talento Humano un alfa igual 0,823, y para la variable Efectividad organizacional se encontró un alfa igual a 0,805; la población estuvo conformada por 67 servidores y no se trabajó con muestra, a dicha población se le aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con los datos obtenidos se pudo cumplir con los objetivos de la tesis, comprobar la hipótesis de investigación a través del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, e indicadores estadísticos determinando como principal resultado que, la variable Gestión del Talento humano incide positivamente en la Efectividad Organizacional.es_PE
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The development of the research work carried out, had as a study entity the District Municipality of Chugay, which belongs to the Province of Sánchez Carrión of the La Libertad Region, with the main objective of determining the incidence of Human Talent Management at the level of Organizational Effectiveness of the District Municipality of Chugay - 2021, the research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, non experimental and causal, the Inductive and Deductive Method was used, the survey was used as a research technique, to validate the reliability of the data obtained, the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, obtaining 0.842 for the data collection instrument of both variables, and for the Human Talent Management variable an alpha equal to 0.823, and for the organizational effectiveness variable, found an alpha equal to 0.805; The population was made up of 67 servers and we did not work with a sample, the data collection instrument was applied to said population, and with the data obtained it was possible to meet the objectives of the thesis, verify the research hypothesis through the Spearman's correlation coefficient, and statistical indicators determining as the main result that the Human Talent Management variable has a positive impact on Organizational Effectiveness.
