Variabilidad genética de Myliobatis peruvianus “raya” procedente del Mercado Mayorista Pesquero Comphill S.A. – Víctor Larco mediante Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR)

| dc.description.abstract | Myliobatis peruvianus “raya” es una especie de data insuficiente en constante peligro debido a la pesca ilegal y el bajo control al momento de pescarla, pero de suma importancia desde el punto de vista económico y ambiental. Para poder evaluar la variabilidad genética de esta especie se colectaron 25 muestras provenientes del Mercado Mayorista Pesquero Comphill S.A. – Víctor Larco, y se empleó 5 cebadores ISSR. A partir de ellos se amplificaron los 5 marcadores ISSR, obteniendo 48 loci polimórficas y un PIC promedio de 0.233. Además, el promedio del número efectivo de alelos, la diversidad genética y la heterocigosidad insesgada fue de 1.448, 0.285 y 0.291 respectivamente. El índice de similaridad Sorense-Dice realizado a las 25 muestras de Myliobatis peruvianus “raya” indica la presencia de 3 grupos (Grupo1, 2 y 3) con un promedio de 0.48. Además de presentar un coeficiente de correlación cofenética de 0.7621. Concluyendo que la variabilidad genética de la especie Myliobatis peruvianus “raya” en el Mercado Mayorista Pesquero Comphill S.A. – Víctor Larco mediante el marcador Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) presenta un promedio elevado de loci polimórfico de 97.96. Finalmente, todos estos resultados son de suma importancia debido a que, al ser una primera investigación de esta especie, va a permitir tener un base de datos o referencias para futuras investigaciones y poder ayudar en la creación de un plan y manejo de preservación de la especie. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Myliobatis peruvianus “raya” is a species of insufficient data in constant danger due to illegal fishing and low control at the time of fishing it, but of great importance from the economic and environmental point of view. In order to evaluate the genetic variability of this species, 25 samples were collected from the Mercado Mayorista Pesquero Comphill S.A. – Víctor Larco, and 5 ISSR primers were used. From them, the 5 ISSR markers were amplified, obtaining 48 polymorphic bands and an average PIC of 0.233. In addition, the mean effective number of alleles, genetic diversity, and unbiased heterozygosity were 1.448, 0.285, and 0.291, respectively. The Sorense-Dice similarity index carried out on the 25 samples of Myliobatis peruvianus “raya” indicates the presence of 3 groups (Group 1, 2 and 3) with an average of 0.412. In addition to presenting a cophenetic correlation coefficient of 0.7621. Concluding that the genetic variability of the species Myliobatis peruvianus "borders" in the Wholesale Fisheries Market Comphill S.A. – Víctor Larco using the Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) marker presents a high average of 97.96% polymorphic loci. Finally, all these results are of the utmost importance because, being the first investigation of this species, it will allow having a database or references for future investigations and being able to help in the creation of a plan and management of preservation of the species. | |
