Factores sociobiológicos culturales y satisfacción del cuidado enfermero en un hospital ESSALUD II Tarapoto

Abstract
La presente investigación estuvo orientada a determinar la relación entre los factores sociobiológicos y culturales y la satisfacción del cuidado de enfermería del paciente de un Hospital Essalud II Tarapoto. El estudio fue no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 348 pacientes que acuden al servicio asistencial y, como instrumentos, una ficha de factores sociobiológicos y culturales y el Cuestionario Care Q de Larson. Los resultados señalaron que, los factores socioculturales como estado civil, el 39.4% son casados, el 44% tienen educación secundaria, ocupación el 37.4% están desempleadas, el 52.6% residen en zonas urbanas, el 64.4% son mujeres, el 62.6% profesan la religión católica y el 51.4% se identifican como mestizos. Así mismo, el 55% manifiestan que tienen un grado de satisfacción promedio. En cuanto a la relación entre variables, los factores sociales no se relacionan con la satisfacción del cuidado de enfermería percibida por los pacientes del hospital EsSalud II de Tarapoto (p>.05); no obstante, factores biológicos y los factores culturales si se asocian con la satisfacción del cuidado de enfermería (p<.05). Por otro lado, en consonancia con lo expuesto, debido a que no todos los factores sociobiológicos y culturales se relacionaron significativamente con la satisfacción relativa al abordaje otorgado por el personal de enfermería; en consecuencia, no se procedió con la validación de la hipótesis general.
The present investigation was aimed at determining the relationship between sociobiological and cultural factors and the satisfaction of nursing care of the patient of an Essalud II Tarapoto Hospital. The study was classified as applied, was governed by a non-experimental design, was located at a correlational level and had a cross-sectional section. The sample was made up of 348 patients who came to the healthcare service and, as instruments, questionnaires were used and they were a sheet of sociobiological and cultural factors; and Larson's Care Q Questionnaire (Caring Assessment Instrument). The results indicated that social factors are not related to the satisfaction of nursing care perceived by patients at the EsSalud II hospital in Tarapoto (p>.05); However, biological factors and cultural factors are associated with satisfaction with nursing care (p<.05). On the other hand, in line with the above, because not all sociobiological and cultural factors were significantly related to the relative satisfaction with the approach given by the nursing staff; Consequently, the validation of the general hypothesis was not proceeded with.
