| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal demostrar que la aplicación de políticas correctivas al área de créditos y cobranzas influye de manera positiva en la gestión financiera de Tomonorte para el año 2020, por ello se realizarán ciertos pasos para entender cómo se encuentra y que lineamientos agregar en su gestión de cobranzas para reflejar una mejora en la parte financiera y económica de la empresa. La metodología de investigación empleada para el desarrollo de la tesis es tipo descriptiva – cualitativa, porque se analizará detenidamente la situación en que se encuentra la gestión de créditos y cobranzas respecto a todo Tomonorte; para luego determinar otras políticas y ver los resultados de su aplicación; con ello se buscará probar la hipótesis planteada. Entre las técnicas utilizadas en la investigación son un cuestionario dirigido a la analista de créditos y cobranzas; el análisis documental y ratios para saber la situación de la empresa. Se llegó a la conclusión que aplicando nuevas políticas al área de créditos y cobranzas mejoró reduciendo la cartera de clientes morosos; teniendo así efecto positivo en la gestión financiera de la empresa Tomonorte. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: The main objective of this research work is to demonstrate that the application of corrective policies to the area of credits and collections positively influences Tomonorte's financial management for the year 2020, therefore certain steps will be taken to understand how it is and what Add guidelines in your collection management to reflect an improvement in the financial and economic part of the company. The research methodology used for the development of the thesis is descriptive - qualitative, because the situation in which the management of credits and collections is found will be carefully analyzed with respect to all Tomonorte; to later determine other policies and see the results of their application; This will seek to test the hypothesis raised.
