Abstract
La investigación titulada: Competencias digitales y desempeño docente en una institución educativa de Trujillo, La Libertad, 2024 tuvo como propósito determinar la relación que existe entre competencias digitales y desempeño docente. El tipo de investigación fue básica con diseño descriptivo correlacional, con una población de 40 docentes; a quienes se les suministró los instrumentos: Cuestionario de competencias digitales y de desempeño docente los cuales se validaron utilizando el juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad se obtuvo a través del alfa de Cronbach; ambos instrumentos fueron estimados en validez y confiabilidad por el autor de esta investigación. Conseguido los datos se efectuó el procesamiento estadístico en el programa SPSS 24.0, se consolidó la interpretación de resultados en gráficos estadísticos de barras. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados se comprobó que en la I.E. el nivel de competencias digitales y desempeño docente tuvo similar tendencia hacia el nivel bajo con 22,5% (9) – 10% (4) proporcionalmente y el nivel regular con 45% (18) – 47,5% (19) respectivamente. Se concluye que, las competencias digitales se relacionan de forma significativa con el desempeño docente, al observar el valor rs= 0,661** correlación positiva moderada [p-valor<0.01] detectado por la prueba Rho de Spearman.
The research entitled: Digital competencies and teaching performance in an educational institution in Trujillo, La Libertad, 2024 had the purpose of determining the relationship that exists between digital competencies and teaching performance. The type of research was basic with a descriptive correlational design, with a population of 40 teachers; who were given the instruments: Digital competency and teaching performance questionnaire which were validated using expert judgment and reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha; both instruments were estimated in validity and reliability by the author of this research. Once the data was obtained, statistical processing was carried out in the SPSS 24.0 program, the interpretation of results was consolidated in statistical bar graphs. Taking into account the results, it was found that in the I.E. The level of digital competences and teaching performance had a similar tendency towards the low level with 22.5% (9) – 10% (4) proportionally and the regular level with 45% (18) – 47.5% (19) respectively. It is concluded that digital competences are significantly related to teaching performance, observing the rs value = 0.661** moderate positive correlation [p-value< 0.01] detected by the Spearman Rho test.
