dc.descriptionHIV/AIDS like Hepatitis B are latent and arduous diseases that must be treated. To do this, the objective was to identify the prevalence of hepatitis B in people with HIV/AIDS who attended the "UAMP" strategy of the Chepén Support Hospital during the 2018-2020 period. The sample population were the medical care histories of 83 patients with HIV/AIDS, all with their diagnosis from the laboratory service of surface antigen and anticore for hepatitis B and who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: The prevalence of 24.09% of people with HIV/AIDS was found to have liver infection "hepatitis B"; the most frequently affected people are from 30 to 39 years old, with (40%), followed by the group from 40 to 49 years old, with (25%); men are the most affected with 75%, the frequency of preference was heterosexual with 55%; among men, homosexuals were the most affected by sexual choice at 30%, and bisexuals at 15%. Conclusions: Patients with HIV/AIDS have a high prevalence of hepatitis B, and among the affected groups they attribute to the active population. The male population was the most affected and there was a correlation between gender orientation and manifestations of hepatitis B.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl VIH/SIDA como la hepatitis B son enfermedades latentes y arduas que deben tratarse. Para ello, se planteó como objetivo determinar la prevalencia de hepatitis B en pacientes con VIH/SIDA atendidos en la Unidad de Atención Medica Periódica “UAMP” del Hospital de Apoyo Chepén durante el período 2018-2020. La población muestra fueron las historias de atención medica de 83 pacientes con VIH/SIDA, todos con diagnóstico del servicio del laboratorio de antígeno de superficie y anticore para hepatitis B y que obedezcan con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se evidencio la prevalencia de 24. 09% en pacientes con VIH/SIDA tienen infección al hígado “hepatitis B”; el grupo de edad de personas con mayor frecuencia afectadas son de 30 a 39 años, con (40%), seguido por el grupo de 40 a 49 años, con (25%); los hombres son los más afectados con un 75%, la frecuencia de preferencia sexual fue la heterosexual con 55%, los homosexuales fueron afectados con un 30 %, y los bisexuales en 15 %, para confección hepatitis B y VIH/SIDA. Se concluyó que los pacientes con VIH/SIDA tienen una prevalencia 24.09% de hepatitis B, y entre los grupos perjudicados atribuyen a la población económicamente activa. La población masculina fue la más afectada.es_PE
