dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este trabajo es un estudio descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo que tuvo como objetivo dar a conocer el consumo de Dexametasona 4mg en tabletas genérica y de su equivalente comercial (Dexacort 4mg), dispensada en una oficina farmacéutica de Trujillo Metropolitano, 2019, con el fin de contribuir al uso racional y eficiente de esta droga. Se utilizó el Kardex del sistema Fx. Pharma para obtener las unidades Dexametasona 4mg y Decacort 4mg en forma farmacéutica tableta en una oficina farmacéutica de Trujillo Metropolitano. Se determinó el consumo y el costo anual en 2019, se encontró el consumo de dexametasona 4mg el cual representa genérica con 0.0342. Es decir, 0.0342 personas de cada 1000 habitantes al día están expuestas a 1 DDD de Dexametasona 4mg tableta y un consumo anual (Dexacort 4mg) con 0.0151 DDD/1000 habitantes/día; que significa, 0.0151 personas de cada 1000 habitantes al día están expuestas a 1 DDD de Dexacort 4mg tableta. Dexacort es una droga que se encuentra con un gasto anual de S/. 1135.60 por parte pacientes que lo adquirieron, en comparación con el gasto anual de la Dexametasona 4mg tableta que fue menor con un total de S/. 453.30
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The purpose of this work is a descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective study that aimed to publicize the consumption of Dexamethasone 4mg in generic tablets and its commercial equivalent (Dexacort 4mg), dispensed in a pharmaceutical office in Trujillo Metropolitano, 2019, with in order to contribute to the rational and efficient use of this drug. The Kardex of the Fx system was used. Pharma to obtain Dexamethasone 4mg and Decacort 4mg units in tablet pharmaceutical form at a pharmaceutical office in Trujillo Metropolitano. The consumption and the annual cost in 2019 were determined, the consumption of dexamethasone 4mg was found, which represents generic with 0.0342. That is, 0.0342 people out of every 1000 inhabitants per day are exposed to 1 DDD of Dexamethasone 4mg tablet and an annual consumption (Dexacort 4mg) with 0.0151 DDD / 1000 inhabitants / day; that means, 0.0151 people out of every 1000 inhabitants per day are exposed to 1 DDD of Dexacort 4mg tablet. Dexacort is a drug that has an annual cost of S /. 1135.60 by patients who acquired it, compared to the annual expenditure of Dexamethasone 4mg tablet, which was lower with a total of S /. 453.30
