dc.descriptionThis research was the subject of study "POOR INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IN THE COMPANY Globokas PERU SAC, in 2014"; the sample which was 70 workers intervened. The techniques used were: observation, structured interview, survey and bibliography. Therefore it aims to publicize as poor participation is affecting the working environment of the employees of the company Globokas. CHAPTER I It shows a theoretical framework on the problematic reality of poor participation of workers. CHAPTER II Academic justification, formulation of the problem, hypothesis, objectives, methods and techniques and the sample which intervened arises. CHAPTER III The interpretation of presentation of the results obtained from data collected during the research development through the on slopes (test) applied to employees of the company Globokas occurs. CHAPTER IV Response data and results produced by the survey, with a discussion of results. CHAPTER V Finally conclusions and recommendations on this work, literature and relevant annexes shown.es_ES
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La presente investigación tuvo como objeto de estudio la “INFLUENCIA DE LA DEFICIENTE PARTICIPACIÓN DE LOS TRABAJADORES EN EL CLIMA LABORAL EN LA EMPRESA GLOBOKAS PERU S.A.C, EN EL AÑO 2014”; la muestra con la cual se intervino fue de 70 trabajadores. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron: La observación, entrevista estructurada, encuesta y la recopilación bibliográfica. Por lo tanto tiene como objetivo dar a conocer como la deficiente participación viene afectando el clima laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Globokas. CAPITULO I Muestra un Marco Teórico, sobre la Realidad Problemática de la deficiente participación de los trabajadores. CAPITULO II Se plantea la justificación académica, formulación del problema, hipótesis, objetivos, métodos y técnicas y la muestra con la cual se intervino. CAPITULO III Se presenta la interpretación de presentación de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la información recolectada durante el desarrollo de la investigación por medio de las en cuestas (test) aplicadas a los trabajadores de la empresa Globokas. CAPITULO IV Respuesta de los datos y resultados arrojados mediante la encuesta, con una discusión de resultados. CAPITULO V Por último se muestra las conclusiones y recomendaciones sobre este trabajo, bibliografía y los anexos pertinentes.es_ES
