dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto, Estudio de Prefactibilidad para la Instalación e Implementación de una granja de cuyes de la. raza u Perú" en La provincia de Trujillo; se aplicaron en base a una muestra de 84 restaurantes ubicados en los Distritos de Huanchaco, Moche y Víctor Larco; para determinar la demanda. El Estudio de Mercado determinó que para el 2011 existirá una demanda de 67609 cuyes, teniendo un crecimiento significativo hasta el 2020 de 197878 cuyes, el proyecto pretende tener una participación del 11.2% para el primer año hasta 11.41% para el 2020. La crianza iniciará con la compra de 600 cuyes hembras y 75 cuyes machos, el primer año la granja tendrá una producción de 2703 cuyes, hasta llegar a partir del quinto año una producción promedio de 14192 cuyes al año La inversión total asciende a $ 77881.83; dividiéndose en inversión fija tangible $ 53061.3, inversión fija intangible $ 6953.07 y el capital de trabajo de $ 17867.46 Los resultados obtenidos de la Evaluación Económica Financiera, indican que el Proyecto es factible de ejecutar con un Valor Actual Neto de US$ 38426.20 , una Tasa Interna de Retorno de 96.69%, una relación Beneficio Costo de 1.89 y un Periodo de Recuperación de la Inversión de 7 años.es_PE
