dc.descriptionThe research problem is referred to as the treatment of tangible fixed assets affect the Financial Situation of the Agroindustrial Enterprise Cartavio SAA, The objective that guided the investigation was the determination of the degree of incidence that the Tangible Assets have in the Financial Situation of a company Agroindustrial. The present research has as a study population the Agroindustrial Company Cartavio S.A.A having as tangible fixed assets. The method used was the Inductive-Deductive. The techniques used were interviews, surveys and documentary analysis; For which data collection instruments such as the interview guide, survey questionnaire, economic and financial information of the company were used. Among the main results it is observed that Tangible Fixed Assets increase from one period to another, this is due to the great importance they have within the company, the most outstanding assets and where the main source of investment is generally represented are the Machinery And Equipment, Land, Vehicles and Buildings and other Constructions, all these have a great variation, these assets except the land are depreciated with the Straight Line Method because it is their continuous production. Finally, it is concluded that the degree of incidence of Tangible Fixed Assets in the Financial Position is very relevant since it represents the largest source of investment made by the company, on the other hand it is concluded that its accounting treatment is related to technical information framed in the Accounting Plan and new procedures were proposed in order to have better control and provide real and reliable data.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl problema de investigación está referido como el tratamiento de los activos fijos tangibles afectan la Situación Financiera de la Empresa Agroindustrial Cartavio S.A.A, El objetivo que orientó la investigación fue la determinación del grado de incidencia que tienen los Activos Tangibles en la Situación Financiera de una empresa Agroindustrial. La presenta investigación tiene como población de estudio a la Empresa Agroindustrial Cartavio S.A.A teniendo como muestra a los activos fijos tangibles. El método que se empleó fue el Inductivo-Deductivo. Las técnicas que se utilizó fueron las entrevistas, encuestas y análisis documentaria; para las cuales se emplearon instrumentos de recolección de datos tales como la Guía de entrevistas, cuestionario de Encuestas, Información Económica y financiera de la empresa. Dentro de los principales resultados se observa que los Activos Fijos Tangibles aumentan de un periodo a otro, esto se debe a la gran importancia que tienen dentro de la empresa, los activos más sobresalientes y donde generalmente se representa la mayor fuente de inversión son las Maquinarias y Equipos, Terrenos, Vehículos y Edificios y otras Construcciones, todos estos tienen una gran variación, estos activos a excepción de los terrenos se deprecian con el Método de línea Recta por tratarse de su producción continua. Finalmente se concluye que el grado de incidencia de los Activos Fijos Tangibles en la Situación Financiera es muy relevante ya que representa la mayor fuente de inversión que realiza la empresa, por otro lado se concluye que su tratamiento contable está relacionado con información técnica enmarcada en el Plan Contable y se propusieron nuevos procedimientos con el objetivo de tener un mejor control y proporcionar datos reales y fiables.es_PE
