dc.descriptionThis thesis to determine the prospects that exist for promoting development and competitive of Micro and Small Enterprises in the footwear sector, according to the expectations of an imminent growth Peru’s trade with the signing with the U.S.A. determined by negotiations and national and international agreements. It is also directed to propose the management of the Financial Management and Cost Accounting and using current technology to meet the new challenges that arise in the management of the MYPES. The MYPES are active in a limited way by the lack of support from the state and partly through lack of financial management tools and administrative, that somehow the state should support focused on the management of a company generating profits and making efficient use of resources and manpower. Most of the smaller proportion respond MYPES wing management, planning and implementation of cost accounting, 67% know of running a MYPES with handling the financial side, 50% of them generated the project with its own capital and 50% generated his company and still driving with funding from financial institutions and their own capital, the importance of financial management tools to improve their administrative and competitively business management and be on the market. Financial management and cost accounting in a well-established MYPES provides greater confidence in continuing to work and progress which will expand your market and generate higher output and in turn establish a proper budget in order to make decisions appropriately.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente Tesis tiene como propósito determinar las perspectivas que existen para promover el desarrollo y competitividad de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa del sector calzado, en función a las expectativas existentes sobre un inminente crecimiento comercial del Perú, con la firma del Tratado de Libre Comercio con los Estados Unidos, determinado por las negociaciones y acuerdos nacionales e internacionales. También está orientada a proponer el manejo de la Gestión Financiera y de la Contabilidad de Costos y utilizando la tecnología actual hacer frente a los nuevos retos que se presentan en la Gestión de las MYPES, innovando mejores productos para poder exportar al exterior y competir con otras empresas. Las MYPES desarrollan sus actividades en forma limitada por la falta de apoyo de parte del estado y por otro lado por desconocimiento de las herramientas de Gestión financiera y administrativa. En su mayoría las MYPES responden en proporción menor ala Gestión , la planificación y la aplicación de la contabilidad de costos , el 67 % conoce del manejo de una MYPE , con manejar el aspecto financiero ,50% de ellos a generado su proyecto con su propio capital y el otro 50% generó su empresa y aún sigue manejando con el financiamiento de entidades financieras y su propio capital, mientras tanto en menor cuantía son los desconocen y/o no toman importancia de las herramientas de la gestión financiera y administrativa para mejorar su gestión empresarial y ser competitivitos en el mercado. Una gestión Financiera y una Contabilidad de Costo bien implantada en una MYPE brinda mayor confianza en seguir trabajando y progresar, lo cual permite ampliar su mercado y generar mayor producción y a su vez establecer un presupuesto adecuado con la finalidad de tomar decisiones en forma adecuada.es_ES
