Abstract
The formless present, it describes the activities developed as part of the execution of the Covered with snow Project carried out in the Land bank of Saving and Credit Chavín SAA (CrediChavín). The principal aim was to develop a software for the support of the central processes of financial intermediation, it is worth saying processes referred to capture of savings and credit placement, beside developing collateral and equally important processes for the management of the business, recounted to accounting, treasury, risks, guarantees, recoveries and the reports that there demands the Superintendence of Banking, Insurances and AFP. The IT system named CORENEVADO was designed and developed under BPM's approach (Business Process Management) and with tools that form a part of the new trend in technology of the information.
Description
El informe, describe las actividades desarrolladas como parte de la ejecución del Proyecto Nevado llevado a cabo en la Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Chavín SAA (CrediChavín). El objetivo principal fue desarrollar un software para el soporte de los procesos centrales de intermediación financiera, vale decir procesos referidos a captación de ahorros y colocación de créditos, además de desarrollar procesos colaterales e igualmente importantes para la gestión del negocio, referidos a contabilidad, tesorería, riesgos, garantías, recuperaciones y los reportes que exige la Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP. El sistema informático denominado CORENEVADO fue diseñado y desarrollado bajo el enfoque de BPM (Business Process Management) y con herramientas que forman parte de la nueva tendencia en tecnología de la información.
