dc.descriptionThe main objective of the present investigation was to analyze and diagnose the state of the security management of the transport company LA MAMITA SAC, to determine the necessary measures to be taken to reduce the risks of accidents in the company, all this with the involvement of all areas, achieving the implementation of the security management system. The methodology that followed was to identify and analyze the shortcomings in the safety management system, in order to work together with management to establish objectives and manage their compliance, with the care of workers as the main premise. and the minimization of work accidents. It was possible to determine that the security management system did not have the necessary elements to control the occupational risk agents in the work areas, since it is made up of 8 elements and they do not include all the essentials to achieve effective security management. Likewise, the evaluation of risks present within the processes resulted in an important level of potentiality of these, so to reduce these risks, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System had to be implemented, having as its main tool the Check List of Law 29783, thus obtaining that the risks decrease to a tolerable level, and in turn compliance with the Check List increases by 17%, compared to the initial evaluation.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de la presente investigación fue analizar y diagnosticar el estado de la gestión de seguridad de la empresa de transportes LA MAMITA SAC, para determinar las medidas necesarias a tomar para la disminución de los riesgos de accidentes en la empresa, todo esto con el involucramiento de todas las áreas, logrando la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad. La metodología que siguió fue identificar y analizar las falencias en el sistema de gestión de seguridad, con el fin de trabajar en conjunto con la gerencia para el establecimiento de objetivos y gestionar el cumplimiento de los mismos, teniendo como principal premisa el cuidado de los trabajadores y la minimización de los accidentes de trabajo. Se logró determinar que el sistema de gestión de seguridad no contaba con los elementos necesarios para conseguir controlar los agentes de riesgo laboral en las áreas de trabajo, pues no comprenden todo lo esencial para alcanzar una gestión de seguridad efectiva, asimismo la evaluación de riesgos presentes dentro de los procesos arrojaba como resultado un nivel importante de potencialidad de estos, por lo que para disminuir estos riesgos se debió implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo teniendo como principal herramienta el Check List de la Ley 29783, obteniendo así, que los riesgos disminuyan a nivel tolerable, y a su vez el cumplimiento del Check List aumente en un 17%, respecto a la evaluación inicial.es_PE
