dc.description.abstractHoy en día, un sistema de gestión de la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) es necesario para todo tipo de organización, promueve un ambiente de trabajo seguro y saludable. La presente investigación se realiza con el propósito de disminuir los riesgos de trabajo de la constructora J&REYES S.A.C., ejecutando la implementación del (SG-SST) de la norma ISO 45001:2018. Para conocer el estado y situación de la organización, se realiza un diagnóstico en SST, analizando el índice de accidentes de los años 2020, 2021 y 2022, revelando un aumento del 19% en la tendencia de accidentes para el 2023, para este análisis se realizó una proyección en regresión lineal, luego teniendo en cuenta los datos del diagnóstico se implementa un (SG-SST) conforme a la norma ISO 45001 en un esfuerzo por reducir la tasa de accidentes. Para ello, identificamos los riesgos que se encuentran asociados en cada área, evaluando peligros y logrando establecer medidas de control. Por último, se procedió a verificar el cumplimiento y evaluar nuevamente después de haberse implementado la ISO 45001 en la organización, con el fin de comprobar la disminución de accidentes en la empresa constructora J&REYES S.A.C.
dc.description.abstractNowadays, an occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST) is necessary for all types of organizations, it promotes a safe and healthy work environment. This investigation is carried out with the purpose of reducing the work risks of the construction company J&REYES S.A.C., executing the implementation of the (SG-SST) of the ISO 45001:2018 standard. To know the status and situation of the organization, an SST diagnosis is carried out, analyzing the accident rate for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, revealing a 19% increase in the accident trend for 2023, for this analysis performed a linear regression projection, then taking into account the diagnostic data, an (SG-SST) was implemented in accordance with the ISO 45001 standard in an effort to reduce the accident rate. To do this, we identify the risks that are associated with each area, evaluating dangers and establishing control measures. Finally, compliance was verified and evaluated again after ISO 45001 had been implemented in the organization, in order to verify the decrease in accidents in the construction company J&REYES S.A.C.
