dc.description.abstractEn este informe se detalla las actividades realizadas durante el periodo de prácticas pre- profesionales, las cuales se llevaron a cabo en el área de investigación y docencia en la catedra de bromatología y nutrición de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Se realizó la elaboración de artículos científicos sobre dos trabajos de investigación el primero sobre “Fitonutrientes presentes en sesamun indicum L” y el segundo sobre el tema determinación de macronutrientes y micronutrientes del tubérculo smallanthus sonchifolius “yacón”. Esto se realizó mediante el uso de material bibliográficos como libros y tesis que se encuentran en el repositorio de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo y también mediante el uso de la base de datos Scopus Preview. En los resultados se observa que se cumplió con todas la actividades programadas para el desarrollo de las practicas pre-profesionales en el campo de la investigación. Finalmente se concluye que la elaboración de este tipo de trabajos es muy importante porque se lograra compartir información con la sociedad sobre un tema relevante en este caso la bromatología y nutrición, además permitirá reconocer al profesional químico farmacéutico en otro de sus campos laborales como es la investigación.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This report details the activities carried out during the pre-professional internship period, which were carried out in the area of research and teaching in the department of bromatology and nutrition of the National University of Trujillo. Scientific articles were written on two research works, the first one on "Phytonutrients present in sesamun indicum L" and the second one on the determination of macronutrients and micronutrients of the tuber smallanthus sonchifolius "yacon". This was done through the use of bibliographic material such as books and theses found in the repository of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the National University of Trujillo and also through the use of the Scopus Preview database. The results show that all the activities planned for the development of the pre-professional internship in the field of research were completed. Finally, it is concluded that the elaboration of this type of work is very important because it will be possible to share information with society on a relevant topic, in this case bromatology and nutrition, and it will also allow the pharmaceutical chemist to be recognised in another of his or her fields of work, research.
