dc.descriptionThe objective of this report was to identify Benzoylecgonine by thin layer chromatography (TLC) in urine of people detained in the Cap. PNP. Alcides Vigo Hurtado de Trujillo, during the months of May to July 2017; the highest percentage was determined according to sex, age range, place of police origin; for this, a total of 552 urine samples obtained in the weighing area of said institution were used, after being lacquered and labeled they were transferred to the laboratory for the respective analysis. Among the results obtained, 24.09% of the samples were positive, of which 98.5% correspond to men, consumption is higher in men than in women, 53.38% are included in the 18 to 29 years and 37.59% come from the district of La Esperanzaes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente informe fue identificar Benzoilecgonina por cromatografía en capa fina (TLC) en orina de personas detenidas en el Complejo Policial Cap. PNP. Alcides Vigo Hurtado de Trujillo, durante los meses de mayo a julio del 2017; se determinó el mayor porcentaje de acuerdo al sexo, al rango de edades, al lugar de procedencia policial; para ello se utilizó un total de 552 muestras de orina obtenidas en el área de pesaje de dicha institución, luego de ser lacradas y rotuladas fueron trasladadas al laboratorio para el respectivo análisis. Dentro de los resultados obtenidos se presenta que el 24,09% de las muestras fueron positivas, de estas el 98,5% corresponde a hombres, el consumo es mayor en hombres que en mujeres, el 53,38% están comprendidas entre los 18 a 29 años y el 37,59% proceden del distrito de la Esperanzaes_PE
